I've always wanted a European style toilet. I've found Equip by chance after searching for a long time online. I had a wonderful experience with Adrain. Mostly importantly I gotten almost all my beautiful Italian bathroom accessories from Equip. He is very patient, trust me, I really mean patient. I was ranting on n on abt how bad my ID was, n he listened attentively. I was looking for a particular sconce for my bathroom, he recommended a few n was able to get what I want. In short, if only I had found this place sooner, I would have gotten more from them.
Lenz (sales) was friendly and patient. They delivered what I wanted before the stated time enabling me to complete the job in a shorter time. Bravo.

Great service and follow-up from Adrian, was communicating with him via WA before coming down, super fast response after I shared what I need, and he gave me some proposals with pricing etc. Explained the pro and cons of the items and gave me some advice also. They carried high end to med-end in case u are looking for ur own place or for places that u are renting out. Thank u so much ^__^

I really loved the responsiveness and the flexibility from the team when we changed our mind on the design. They came back really quickly on an alternative proposal with a reasonable quote. And because we were doing a retrofit and didn't want to drill new holes on the walls, they proposed a suggestion which met our requirements.
In the end, we bought 2 rain showers, bathroom taps, bidet sprays, kitchen mixer, toilet roll holders and towel rails. Literally changed everything in the whole house.

Ordered mixers, shower heads, taps, basins from Equip-Bathroom for my new place. Products were of good quality as represented to us and delivery of the items were prompt. Turned out that one of the basins didn't fit our laundry area counter top and requested for refund after returning the basin. Refund given without fuss and delay. Highly recommended!

They even have unique decorative items such as a Swarovski washroom sign, which certainly helps to brighten up your home. Michelle was very helpful throughout the whole process, giving me suggestions on various furnishings that could complement each other well.
I also purchased a few custom made taps from them, which had to be shipped over from Italy. Due to COVID-19 disruptions, the shipment was delayed. Adrian was kind enough to loan us a few replacement sets before the new taps arrived.
