Small and collaborative work environment with a startup vibe. Encouragement from the executive team to contribute ideas regardless of seniority. Competitive compensation. Fun culture. Career longevity.

One of the best working environments I'm proud to be a part of. There are no weird 'politics' often present at most companies. The team is filled with intelligent, dedicated, and down to earth people who take great pride in their work and bring a positive and winning attitude daily. Upper management is very supportive and encouraging and always willing to help you excel in your role and promote you based on your merits. Also, a large percentage of people have been with the company 5+ years, something quite rare in this industry, which is a testament to how happy they are working here, the strong job security, and competitive pay. I've been with the company for over 3 years and can easily see myself here many more.

Ad.net is a great company to work with and for! I have worked here for over 15 years and really enjoy working with my colleagues, who are top notch. Business-wise we have seen year-over-year increase in number of clients as well as overall revenue growth. The sky's the limit!

A great private company that gives you a feel of startup without worrying too much of funding issues. We have started a search company from scratch and got adopted by thousands of websites in 6 months.

Performance for paid search campaigns far exceeds those of the major search engines. There are benefits of diversifying your paid search/digital media campaigns, which include reach extension and the opportunity to influence audiences outside of the Google / Bing umbrella, CPCs are far more reasonable than the incumbents, and the tech simply follows the data trail and makes optimizations against every single user click (as granular as you can get). This is a fully-managed (free I might add) service that further drives revenue, acquisition, and growth (they have a lot of scale and volume) in an otherwise stagnant and expensive marketplace.
