Tony helped me with my purchase. What I liked most was his patience and knowledge about the Acura. He was very pleasant and courteous. Offering me beverages and snacks as I spent the better part of the day with him. I told him I had been in an accident so he got a vehicle to drive me around the lot instead of me having to walk. Seems like a simple thing but it meant the world to me. I m very pleased with my purchase and my unpressurized experience.

I had an amazing buying experience with Charles Duncan at Acura Carland. I recently purchased a certified pre owned Acura MDX! I had previously been to the Lexus dealership nearby and had a pushy salesman and bad experience all around....financing, trade in value, and my test drive was wack due to rush hour. Really!?! However my experience with Charles was a breath of fresh air! He's super knowledgeable about Acura, honest, and financing was great!! I would highly recommend Charles at Acura Carland if shopping for a vehicle!

I`ve been in the market to purchase a car for some time now. It is one of those things where I always dread going to a dealership and deal with sales people. Not trying to be negative but I have had a few negative experiences. I have visited 4 dealerships before coming to Acura Carland where I purchased my 2013 RDX on 12/03/2015. I worked with Nick Despotopoulos and had the best car buying experience. The whole process was easy and with no pressure. His customer service skills are the best. He is very knowledgeable about the product, on point, and very respectful. Needless to say that he was there until almost 11pm until the deal was closed and to answer any questions I had. This is my first used car that I have ever purchased and even though it is in like a brand new condition he was also very accommodating in taking care of a couple of normal wear items. I would definitely buy a car from him again and will recommend to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car.

Last weekend, I purchased my third car with Acura Carland and I have to say, there has been a complete turn around here. Previous experiences had me not wanting to even step foot in this dealership, but I am SO glad I did! I walked in not expecting much, but not only were they able to help with concerns I had with my old car, they were able to get me into a new one that fit all of my needs. Thank you Robert, Jimmy, and Primevere for taking care of me and making me feel apart of Acura Carland. I honestly can not say enough amazing things about you all. I also have to mention that the service department is great as well. I had an issue with my apt. complex and parking the loaner car and Lakisha took care of it, no questions asked. Thank you again Acura Carland!

I went to have my car serviced here for the first time and my service advisor was Gil Mitchelson. Gil is the NICEST and most PROFESSIONAL service advisor I have ever dealt with! I was nervous about being told I needed a bunch of work done. He didn t pressure me or try to sell me a bunch of services I didn t need. This is something I value as a female because we re often taken advantage of. I ll never go back to Curry Honda to have my car serviced. Acura Carland and Gil have earned my business!

I went in for a routine oil change July 25th around 2 o'clock pm. Absolutely NO ONE greeted me. I looked around for the better part of 10 minutes to try to find some service associate to help me...No luck. I stood by the 3 service desks for an additional 5-7 minutes I watched as some associates rushed in and out seeing me standing there but none asked if I had been helped or if I needed any assistance. I obviously noticed they were backed up and were busy but isn't it a common courtesy to acknowledge a customer when they come in or soon there after? I watched as customers who pulled in after me, were helped before me. It's not the customer's job to hunt down the associates in order to be helped. This was my first experience with this Acura service. As a former GM car owner, this has left a bad taste in my mouth I never have had this kind of experience even during peak hours. I would advise others needing service to avoid this dealership if you value your time and dignity. So after around 30 minutes of not being helped I took my car to Honda and will not be returning to Acura for service in the future.

Was offered a used car that needed body repairs. Had driven 60 miles One Way to look at it. Was told they would have it repaired in 2 days. Called 2 days later and was told by the sales woman that it was ready.
I asked if she was SURE before I drove 60 miles after work IN RUSH HOUR ATLANTA TRAFFIC. She confirmed it was ready to go. Told her I was concerned that my arrival would be close to their closing time, due to distance and traffic, and she said since I had PURCHASED THE CAR AND DONE ALL THE PAPERWORK that she would wait on me regardless of time.
When I arrived it was 15 mins before closing but her manager rushed us and said We are closing, Sir!
Found out that the repairs WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING DONE. I had driven 2 hours AFTER WORK in rush hour Atlanta traffick for nothing. Cancelled the sale. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I just purchased a Certified Pre Owned Acura MDX. My sales associate Joshua Wei was the one who took care of me. He was very open, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He is the one who really gets the credit for getting this deal done. This is the only dealership I know of that offers a lifetime powertrain warranty to their certified pre owned vehicles. The competitive pricing, the lifetime powertrain warranty, along with the known reliability of Acura vehicles are all reasons to make this your first place to go when shopping for an Acura. If you do, ask for Joshua Wei, he will take care you!

Had the best new car experience ever. Great service and a great price on my new RDX. My sales person not only answered all my questions but sincerely helped determine what options to get. Best of all was the lifetime powertrain warranty. Its only offered here. Couldn't find it anywhere else. A GREAT BIG Thank You to my salesperson Kye Sun Jun for a fantastic buying experience. You guys truly are the best!!!!!!

Repeatedly misdiagnosed what was going on with my ...

Repeatedly misdiagnosed what was going on with my car. Finally admitted that the car needed a transmission when it was out of warranty. Eventually had to shell out 5000 for a new transmission on a car that was only 2 years old and had only about 70k miles. Eventually found out that Acura had a bunch of problems with this particular transmission and had actually settled out of court. Which Acura and this dealership had pervious knowledge of but kept this knowledge concealed. U live and you learn I guess. I learned that I will never again buy an Acura/Honda product!

Steven Fisher was our sales person here at Acura Carland. Great person to deal with - extremely patient and nice. No sales pressure. Everyone was very nice and we got an excellent deal on our new Acura. We shopped around for about three weeks and visited countless dealerships in the Atlanta area (Lexus, Infiniti, Acura). By far, Acura Carland was the best - they should be happy to have Steven in their staff. No stress, easy buy.

Pleasant experience at Acura Carland. Only negative I would say is that our salesperson decided to get the car ready (cleaned, vacuumed, etc.) the moment we arrived and then started talking to us about the price before we even got a chance to look at the car to finalize our decision if we wanted the car or not. Although we did see the car the day before and liked it, it was as if he had made the decision for us that this was the one that we needed to buy. It almost seemed like they were too eager to get rid of this specific car, which kind of gave us a bad taste. Although they never pressured us to buy the car, if would have been much better if we, the customers, could wait and see the car on our own terms, decide if we wanted it, and then move forward with negotiations.

I walked into Acura Dealership hoping to find a particular model, the Acura TL. I asked the salesman, Charles Duncan, if they might happen to have a 2010-2014 TL on their lot. He had one that was just traded in. Long to short, I am so happy with my car. The team of de-tailers and the service department did an excellent job, even though I was rushing them due to had to be at work. Everything in the car is like brand new, and it drives great! On the way out I asked the Manager, Jeff Hacker, since I was buying it new and had not driven it far, if anything went wrong could I bring it in to them? He assured me that I could, and assured me it was going to be fine due to Acura makes a great vehicle. Thank you to your team! This experience has been a 5 star for sure.

This dealership continues to impress me! I have an AWESOME mechanic but sometimes you need services only a dealership can provide. I had what I thought was a very simple fix under a parts warranty, I brought it to Matt at the service counter (I highly recommend Matt). I was told it would take longer to investigate the the problem but was given a courtesy vehicle so I could continue with my day. The issue was not what I thought. They did a very thorough inspection and notified me of every condition of my car. They actual repair was quick, affordable and I'm very happy I came to Acura Carland in Duluth! Matt was fantastic to work with and made an exceptional experience I'll never forget. I've told everyone at my job who drives Acuras, and on guy looking to buy one that Acura Carland is the place to go!

My car buying experience with Acura Carland was the best ever! I usually dread going to to a car dealership but Acura Carland changed my perception all together! Omid became like my extended family in a five day time frame! The service all around was phenomenal starting with my inquiry on a MDX online. Melissa emailed back immediately and after a few email exchanges I was headed over to Carland and the MDX and Omid were ready / waiting for me! Omid made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable of the CPO stock and even got me out of my comfort zone by talking me into backing into a parking space - of course the MDX camera helped :-) Omid was available via text even when he wasn't working to answer any questions that I had. Even though the vehicle I wanted sold, Omid went above and beyond by finding alternative vehicles. It was impossible for my husband to be at the car dealersip at the same time as me and once again Omid made the impossible happen!. The entire experience is a A++ We are excited about our purchase and look forward to being part of the Acrua Carland family!

I STRONGLY CAUTION ANYONE FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!

I reached out to the dealership to inquire about a Lexus SUV that is listed for sale on every site known to car purchasers. I spoke to someone who was obviously a scripted BDC employee that stated they were sending me their best price guarantee through True Car. I received the quote and it was higher than their asking price on Auto Trader.

When I reached out to this dealership, I simply asked for the best price and if it was agreeable, I would write a check. The vehicle per, GA DMV records has been in their inventory in excess of (4) months. I advised the BDC employee that I am a buyer, that I did not want to play the pricing game. Obviously, they are not interested in selling vehicles to qualified buyers. They send higher than advertised prices to their potential customers.

I was quite early for my scheduled appointment. That didn't matter because I was welcomed, quickly my order written and put me in a loaner since my service was approximately 3 hrs.
I received a call from Gil when my service was completed and arrived to a freshly washed, well serviced vehicle!!

I work in healthcare and understand the importance of great service. This is what Acura Carland had delivered for the past 13 years.

I was great promptly, the wait was short, the service inspection was the standard for Acura dealership. The Individual who reviewed the inspection was honest and not pushy but was able to convince me to get some other maintenance issue taken care of. I am very pleased with the whole process and kept their word for the amount of time it was going to take. Kept me informed through the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised compared to my last visit to this location. Great improvement!

I bought a certified pre-owned acura in July and by September the battery in both the key fob and the car needed to be replaced. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that the battery was new. The bumper to bumper warranty obviously doesn't cover the battery so I'm having to cover that.

In a prior review I had mentioned that the service waiting area was not up to luxury car status - but was surprised at the beautiful new waiting area. It is large and comfortable with lots of luxury amenities. So thank you. I was pleased with everything from the service agent's greeting to the handoff of the keys to my car. I was told 1.5 hour wait and it was just under that. Car was washed -- thanks for upgrading the service.

To get some simple service such as oil change is still fine here. You just need to hold up and never accept any additional sell-up items. To order parts here is also alright, you just need to be very specific about what you need.

This review is about so-called advisers for Repair only:

I got screwed by Acura Carland or Costco tire center( I cannot pin point which one but must be one of them): one of them damaged one of my five wheel stud at the front passenger side so I cannot even put a lug nut on. Okay, since I cannot pin point which one is at fault, I will take the loss myself.

I went to Acura Carland to quote a price for repair. I know there is funny business when I got different quoted prices after multiple visits. Quoted prices range from $350 to $900. And some guys there even claimed I had to replace bearing in addition to alignment.

I felt it is fishy and went to Ming's. Ming's cleaned the stud and put an generic lug nut on and charged me 30 dollars.

Now this probably is the final straw to push me away from any dealership from now on for any major repairs at least.

One can brag about the fancy waiting rooms all he/she wants but charging 10 to 30 times compared to an independent mechanic shop is way out of line. Now I do understand everything such as waiting room, coffee machine, staff salary and dealership comes with a cost, so I could take probably $100 or 150 but not $350 or even $900

One simple truth is that people always abuse your trust if one is ignorant and unwilling to shop around and educate oneself. So wake up and do yourself a favor and find a good independent mechanic for any repair or major service/repair items.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with the service department at Acura Carland. I had always heard that car dealerships overcharge, but having only owned an Acura for a few months, I wanted to ensure that my car was in the best hands. I received excellent customer service from every employee I spoke to, and in addition to the routine maintenance that I was scheduled for, I voiced a couple of concerns that were fixed at no additional cost. The cost of the maintenance was fair, and not once did I feel taken advantage of. Even though this dealership is 20 miles from my house, I will definitely continue to make the trip.

Charles Duncan is an excellent sales person and was very patient and understanding. If you want to buy an acura go to Acura Carland and ask for Charles Duncan. He is not a typical car sales guy. He is very intelligent and classy. He makes the buying process a fun and non stressful situation
