I went in for a routine oil change July 25th around 2 o'clock pm. Absolutely NO ONE greeted me. I looked around for the better part of 10 minutes to try to find some service associate to help me...No luck. I stood by the 3 service desks for an additional 5-7 minutes I watched as some associates rushed in and out seeing me standing there but none asked if I had been helped or if I needed any assistance. I obviously noticed they were backed up and were busy but isn't it a common courtesy to acknowledge a customer when they come in or soon there after? I watched as customers who pulled in after me, were helped before me. It's not the customer's job to hunt down the associates in order to be helped. This was my first experience with this Acura service. As a former GM car owner, this has left a bad taste in my mouth I never have had this kind of experience even during peak hours. I would advise others needing service to avoid this dealership if you value your time and dignity. So after around 30 minutes of not being helped I took my car to Honda and will not be returning to Acura for service in the future.
