I haven't bought a car in years, but Acura Carland...

I haven't bought a car in years, but Acura Carland made my experience so good that it will be hard to go elsewhere or at least not to have certain high expectations. Amanda Balleau was my consultant was wonderful and honestly, I think she may have been the deal maker by the way she handled everything. She greeted me with a smile, was completely professional, and communicated with me thoroughly every step of the way! I appreciated the way she coached me through the process and helped me find what was right for me and my family. When the day finally came when I was ready to buy, even though she wasn't there at the time, she came in early to complete the process. I felt like I was not just pushed aside to someone else, but that she cared enough to take it to the end. AND!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my MDX!!!

I just bought a gorgeous 2016 Acura RDX w/the Advanced package from Acura Carland. Our salesperson, Bryan Nelson, was put to the test (my husband used to sell cars) and did a fantastic job making sure we got the best deal possible. We were able to leave with the car that day! I've only had the car for a week now and LOVE IT. Thanks Bryan!

I recently bought an Acura RDX w/ tech package from Acura CarLand. I was overwhelmed by their service from the initial kickoff of my buying process. Kye Sun Jun was the Korean lady who assisted me and helped me in picking the right car. I asked her many questions in the whole process and she explained me each feature in the car so patiently. There are few really good things CarLand provides, one among them of amazing feature package CarLand offered was the lifetime warranty they provide for the car. I went around couple of dealers to buy this car but after reviewing all, I figured out that CarLand was standing above all with what they provide to customer to see them happy.
I have read many reviews before going to CarLand to see if that was correct but they proved wrong, the way sales person takes care of their customers was really amazing. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends. Thank you CarLand team for holding up until 10pm to close my deal. Thank you CarLand Team.

I have bought two cars here because of their great service and no hassle way of doing business. It's nice to buy a car and not feel like you're being pressured, which is exactly what you'll get here. And they extend the powertrain warranty for free! Great business, great sales staff. Will go back for my next one for sure!

I wanted the Rdx so bad but didn't want to pay for...

I wanted the Rdx so bad but didn't want to pay for the full price for a new one, however, was looking for an used one not more than 3 yrs old with low mileage. I got in touched with Christine and on July 4th I headed to Acura Carland, she had spoken to me about a couple of vehicles one with a little over 40k and the other with over 60k. However, when I showed up there, she told they have just gotten a loaner for sale, 2017 with only 9100 miles. I was thrilled, text drove it and felt in loved with it; the asking price was $25, 900 + taxes which would have been almost 29k, I told Christine I would give her 24,500 and we had a deal; she told me she would speak to her manager Anthony (who by the way is one of the best looking men I had set my eyes on ) and after speaking to him for about 10 minutes, we made a deal for 25,600 even nothing extra. Going to Acura Carland to buy my car has been the best shopping experience I have ever had and if I could, I would buy several more cars from this dealership!!!

Myself and my wife went to Carland showroom to buy new 2017 Acura RDX. When it came for Negotiation Sales person (Mr. Weidong ) completely disrespected and insulted us by saying "THIS IS NOT RIGHT CAR FOR YOU" and he told us HE WASTED HIS PRECIOUS TIME with us instead he may leave early to home. As a salesperson he must convince the customer not to be rude with them. He must learn a lot to deal with customer. Also he must know his rights while dealing with customer

Luckily with the help of right person in another showroom we bought same Acura RDX 2017. Anyways loss is to him for missing his customer finally getting bad review to his showroom.

Hope Management take necessary action to avoid this situation in future.

My experience was great . My husband and I went to the Acura dealership in Gwinnett Place for an opinion, no plans of walking out with an amazing vehicle, Acura MDX 2018. Our seller Mark, was extremely professional and guide us throughout the entire process. He simply ask what we like and what we need it. He asked the right questions and made it happen. I have been in many dealerships this is our 6th new car and never had experience such a wonderful experience and professionalism. Very happy

In the last ten years we have purchased 4 vehicles...

In the last ten years we have purchased 4 vehicles from Acura Carland. Nick has been our sells guys for three of the four vehicles and he always provides us with excellent care and a great deal. We just purchased a used RDX to add to our collection of Acura's and again the process was painless and efficient. I'd also like to give a shout out to the wonderful service deparment at Acura Carland. They are great. They're always upfront about what's going on with the vehicles and I always leave feeling satisfied. Acura Carland is a five star facility all the way around.

Clean and inviting atmosphere all around and the waiting room (while getting your car fixed ) has everything you need. Asked for a loaner and got one while my car was being worked on. Love this team. WORST OF THE WORST. I brought in a brand new MDX ...

WORST OF THE WORST. I brought in a brand new MDX purchased last weekend to install cosmetics, then I found a plastic cover underneath driver side seat belt fell off. Still I was patient enough to bring my car into the garage at the waiting zone. I handed off my car key for the fix and walked away for a coffee as requested. In 10 mins, a service person came to me and said someone backed into my MDX and ran off. My head was exploding for the crazy news yet, no one, absolutely no one came up to me help ease the situation. They were more afraid of getting sued and told me that it's not their responsibility because they didn't cause the accident. I understand that it's not their direct mistake. A guy as they described who ran away caused this accident. However, if you've been there, the waiting zone at the garage is heavily congested with big cars and often cars are left unattended. They could've gotten my car out of the way from other cars coming in and leaving, but they simply left it there. Then, they are blaming everything to that unknown guy. Is negligence not an issue in this country any longer? Am I not good enough to be treated like a real person who is in shock? My spending on over $60,000 doesn't quality for at least an expression of any offer to ease the pain? 1 week old my brand new car is now broken with the front bumper. I don't know the hit and runner will get caught. Not sure if my insurance company will fully reimburse for the fix without raising my premium. I really don't get this dealership. I never ever wrote any bad comment for any one and any entity in my entire life, but I can't take this horrible treatment any longer, and don't know who to ask for help for this type of treatment. If you consider this dealership for your new car, please reconsider. THEY ARE NOT ROYAL TO YOU. YOU ARE JUST MONEY TO THEM.

He helped us stay within our budget and had many vehicles to choose from that fit our criteria. After a few different text drives we chose a Black Copper Pearl Acura in beautiful condition!

It was priced so fairly that there was no need to haggle. Charles was so courteous and responsive, even on his days off. He and Brian made the whole process very easy, from overnighting the paperwork to shipping the vehicle. You will leave a very happy and satisfied consumer if you buy from Carland!

Got an early 9am appointment and was in and out in about 1hr 15 mins. Fast and efficient, waiting area clean and well stocked with plenty of charger outlets and sockets of all kinds on a hub to charge whatever electronic device you need plus great internet connection which allowed me to connect to my job's BPN and work whole i wait. Not to mention all staff we encountered friendly and was able to use online oil change coupon with ease. They gave maintenance heads up as to what should be taken care of as routine next time, without doing what some mechanics do which is make everything look like it must be fixed today.

Would definitely use this location again.

Staff is very friendly. However, this is my third Acura. I'm a very Brand Loyal customer. However there is a known recall issue on the TSX with the oil consumption. I had an issue where my car oil light went off for awhile even though I wasn't due for a change for several thousand miles. I brought the car in and had the staff run the test. I had to come in 1k miles for a check in. Fail. Then back in another 1k miles. Fail. Fast forward a year or so, my oil light comes on with 1,000 miles left before I'm due for another change. After bringing it in, they confirmed the car is out of oil and must change the oil and start the tests all over again. Although any normal, educated person could link the two together, I'll need to jump through multiple hoops to get something fixed that is a known recall item. This forces me to come back every 1k miles until the darn thing finally fails... It seems a bit like Acura is out to make money by forcing me here to get my oil changed (early at that, since it's going through the oil faster than normal), and forcing me to make multiple trips in. I'm extremely disappointed in Acura and will definitely take this into consideration when I purchase my next car. Doing the right things keeps loyal customers loyal...

I just leased an Acura TLX and I had the most wonderful experience in Acura Carland in Duluth. They run a very smooth ship at Acura Carland. They are not pushy and never make you feel uneasy by trying to force a sale. My sales rep was Riley Walsh and he was a true jem. Very knowledgeable and great/easy to work with. He was always available to answer all of my many questions. Jeff Hacker the General Sales Manager is also great to work with. Together, they truly made me feel at home. I would never go anywhere else. Keep up the great work all and thank you Riley! You re awesome. Im happy with the price and my car.

In the past, it was always the strong arming sales process from the financial guys that I didn't like but this wasn't like that at all. And most importantly we love our new Acura! Excellent product!

Great place to take your car, especially if you're in a hurry to get to work. It took less than 15 minutes to arrive, inspect my vehicle, write up a repair order, and get me in a loaner vehicle. It took less than 10 minutes to turn my loaner in and get my car. By the time they were done going over the paperwork with me, my car was parked in the drive ready to go. Keep up the great work!

He was patient, knowledgeable, and politely persistent. However he never was pushy. We simply needed and found another type car that they did not have their on their lot. Therefore, for our future car needs, we will start at Acura Carland and ask for Irving!

Visited Acura Carland looking for a used TL but le...

Visited Acura Carland looking for a used TL but left with an Explorer instead.

My wife and I dealt with Yves "Bruno" Arreola and I must say he was a very pleasant experience.

Bruno was very attentive, polite, and helpful.

After test driving the TL and Explore on a Saturday afternoon, I called Bruno's cell phone after hours on Saturday night and he returned my call as soon as they opened on Sunday. I actually gave Bruno a call back that same Sunday to let him know I wanted to re-test drive the car later that afternoon. When I called him later that Sunday to tell him I was on my way, Bruno actually pulled the car from the lot and had it ready for my family and I to check out once we arrived...very nice gesture if you ask me (showed he cared about my time).

When it came time to make the final deal Bruno was very helpful and non-pushy...I made my family's budget clear and he understood. It took two rounds of pleasant negotiating before we had our deal done.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with Mr. Arreola's approach to car selling - very very helpful, very very calm and collected, and very very attentive...he is the perfect example of what a car salesmen should be (i.e., Bruno was is nothing like the typical "pushy car sales man") and for that I could not be more grateful.

The only downside to the entire experience was that I was not informed that the car I was purchasing only had one key...which I should have asked about before making my final deal because the key I need runs about $240...$240 I'll have to pony up because my family needs the second key. That being said, if I would have asked Bruno about the keys I have no doubt he would have told me about the issue...so make sure to ask, when purchasing a used vehicle, whether or not the car has a full set of keys.

I purchased a car from them in Sept 2015 and the process is good but DO NOT give them your email address. They will spam you emails all the time with sales special. I have unsubscribed 5 times as of today and I still continue to get emails. I have even called and had my name removed from the list yet I still continue to get emails. I regret making a purchase from them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I purchased my Acura RDX last week and the whole buying experience was wonderful. I had been shopping around other dealerships and was ready to just give up and then I happened to see something on Acura Carland's website that made me come in and look. Mr. Omid "Hope" Atlassi greeted me outside and was truly a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I fell in love with the vehicle and brought it back in for the paint and fabric protection. Even though I incorrectly made the appointment through the service department, Hope made sure it was taken care of and got me a loaner car to take to lunch while I waited. Nick handled my financing and was also a pleasure to work with. Thank you for excellent customer service and making me feel more like family than merely a customer!

We called Acura Carland and they were friendly and accommodating over the phone ado we took the drive from Augusta to Duluth. They made it well worth our trip. They have a very large and diverse inventory and are sore to have the car you are looking for. Our sales person Devon was very attentive from the beginning of the process to the end. We really appreciated his patience with us. We would come back to Acura Carland in heartbeat.

Rich was also helpful (and patient) as we worked through a somewhat complicated financing situation. The car we bought from them was nice but they dosnt advertise the car correctly and the staff is a bit pushy on getting finance. They also didn't do the emissions on the car which in order to get my car registered, they did give me a check to pay back for me having to pay for my own emissions something that they should have done. Which is very illegal.

Akanu is and has been my dependable, dedicated and designated Service Advisor since I bought my car at Acura Carland. I could not have asked for a more nicer and knowledgeable person to take care of all of my car s needs.

When I take my car into Acura Carland, any of the Serve Advisors are more than qualified to take care of my car questions, concerns or issues. But it is Akanu that I look forward to and trust the most to be honest and upfront about my car s service.

Acura Carland of Duluth Ga has excellent customer service!!!! ! I had a service appt that was going to take a little longer than expected because it was a busy Saturday morning, I should have anticipated a little bit longer of a wait because of the weekend but I didn t and had my four year old Grandson with me., I was directed to the waiting area where there were snacks and beverages , and luckily for me cartoons on the big screen. Before you knew it my car was complete and the sales representative walked us out to my shiny detailed car that was a courtesy of Acura Carland. Thank You

Go to Acura Carland, and ask for Nick Despotopoulos. We first called another dealership based on a referral but left with a negative impression, so we went to Acura Carland instead. Nick greeted us, showed us around the car we were looking for, took us out for an informative test drive, and explained everything about the car and the purchase options. The whole way he was available, well-informed, attentive, and easy-going, without ever being pushy. We got the car we were looking for and a better-than-expected experience, and when the time comes, we'll be back. Thanks, Nick!
