Acquisition is a part of my job and because of ACTIVU's specialized products, we've had to purchase from them multiple times. They have the worst service I have ever received, both personally and professionally - specifically one employee who is completely disinterested in his clients. It sometimes takes months to receive a product, which is fine, but because they don't charge until they ship, you have to e-mail them several times for any updates/ETAs (to which you get a vague, unhelpful response). Why do you need to e-mail? Because customer service doesn't answer the phone or call back in a timely manner. Even to the charging - It took months to correct a billing issue. I've never had so much trouble with one company from start to finish. If you can avoid them, please do yourself the favor.
