Triana was also very patient with me when it was decision making time to purchase or not. I couldn t say no and I have no regrets about my 2021 Rogue! I absolutely love her!

We drove from KY to Tennessee to purchase a new Pathfinder. Our salesman, Jody, greeted us and gave us water while he got the key to the vehicle I was considering. He was never pushy, but quite funny. When we were negotiating our deal, we were given a very generous offer on our trade in and a super low interest rate. This made our decision very easy. When we met with our finance officer, Krishan, he explained GAP, extended warranty packages, etc. but was never overbearing about purchasing. I love my new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. It's exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend driving the extra mile to have a purchasing experience that is not stressful. Thank you Action Nissan!!!
bought my car last year and I went there after almost a year to take of the issues which's promised at the time of purchase. They're very friendly and helpful! Especially I'd would like to Shout out to Nickolas Bnotsch ( Sales Manager) who worked so hard to take care of my issues after almost a year.
Diagnosis and repair were completed quickly. The service advisor was helpful and communicative. The courtesy van (or Lyft) that dropped me off and picked me up is a valuable and convenient service. I m amazed there are dealers who don t offer that service.
I thought the sales staff was responsive to my approach when considering whether to keep my 2016 Rogue or sell it. They also were very comfortable discussing loan price, which helped me make the decision. Sales staff was patient with me learning the ins and outs of my new car's features, and they also went above and beyond in helping me get my stuff moved over AND setting up my car cameras (which is a 15-30min task by myself).
My service advisor was Russell Sanford. Russell kept me informed about the process of the service needed for my car and called me when it was completed. He did a great job. All of the techs that I have helped me at Action Nissan over the past few years have always done a super job. I keep coming back because of that. Thank you!
The salesman by the name of Taiwan Hamilton had a post on Facebook marketplace advertising a 2016 Ford Mustang GT in a maroon color. In his post he mentions 20% Down Payment and he had the car listed for 27146. I ask him how much Down Payment and he replies 4K now 20% of $27146 is 5400. So I had to ask him for the total price on the car. And he replied are you blind bro . No bro I m not blind. Your math just doesn t add up. If this is how rude and bad their customer service is then I wonder what other things they let slide and how shady they can be. I m worried for this dealership for allowing this guy to even have a job in the sales department. If a salesperson can t even do simple math or have simple customer service then don t waste your time or money here. Stay away from this place.
Taiwan is the best salesman I have ever had he is patient well informed good listener he is a perfectionist at his craft and very well mannered to be so young he is only 21 go see Taiwan you wont regret it
Really appreciated the service at Action Nissan! I worked with Dersim and Jim who were both amazing in getting me set up in my new Nissan kicks at a good price. Not pushy at all, but really helpful with all the questions I had and what I was looking for.
Had a bit of a mix up with which car I was getting (there were multiple of the same car on the lot) but when I voiced my concern, Jim was incredibly helpful and accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. This was my first car purchase so that really meant a lot to me!
