My parents went here for Rt-pcr test. They promised A turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours for this specific test. Due to new flight restrictions passengers on certain flights need this test within 72 hours off the departure time. It has now been over 48 hours and still no test results. We called the lab and now they re telling us that they might might not even get the results by today making the test useless to us and having to cancel our flight.
[05/11/2021]: No surprise!! I have no clue where my report is! May be given to someone else?? What a service, no follow ups, no updates, no refunds!! BEWARE!!!
[12/31/2020]: Myself and family did a paid RT-PCR test on 12/23/2020 for travel purpose. The front office staff has committed that the result will be published within 48 hours. However my results are not yet provided even as on today! I have paid $370 out of pocket believing your promise! When I called the office one of your staff even mentioned they are unable to locate my record! The test was not useful for our travel as we could not get/show the result on time. As you were not able to keep the promise, you should be refunding the money at least!! Please provide your email address so I can send the invoices as proof.
My tech was amazing! I mean, really truly incredible!! She was very gentle and kind and extremely skilled. She took her time and had an awesome bedside manner .

Visited the Drexel Hill office for annual lab tests recently. Very convenient, good service, no wait. Extremely pleased because they complied with my request to send me a copy of the lab report. I have been disappointed by some other labs failure to follow through on this.
I am the biggest baby when it comes to bloodwork, but the staff made me incredibly comfortable from making the appointment to getting my blood drawn. I didn t feel it, the phlebotomist was super sweet, kept talking and kept me distracted. I will definitely recommend to others
I was looking everywhere to get my dad tested to travel to his country and get it done 24-48 hours prior traveling I just want to say from the nurse working giving the test was so nice and helpful and understood , customer service on the phone also was very helpful and thank you to the people(lab ) working 24 hours to get the results, got my test done less than 24 hours you guys were amazing and will keep coming here for any covid test in the future ! If you need a Covid PCR test for international travel ADL is the place to go. (Get a referral from your doctor first so Insurance pays for it).
The staff is friendly and helpful. The turnaround time for results is quick, as promised.
We used ADL for departure travel, and for our 3-5 day return testing. We are very pleased.
