I ordered a pair of Costa sunglasses and when they arivied they were dirty and covered in lent. I left them in package. I went to the store the next morning to look at exchanging for a different style but decided to keep the original ones I ordered. After leaving the store about 30 minutes later I put the sunglasses on outside and kept seeing lent on the lense and what appeared to be a small scratch on the right lense. I immediately contacted the store and spoke to Debbie. She was suppose to look into what needed to be done and call me back but after no call back I called back a few hours later. After speaking to Debbie again she was very rude telling me nothing she can do maybe Costa will help me. Not very friendly service at all!

Service is alright. The lady named Jessica, seems to not really enjoy talking to the customers. Customers make the business guys!!!

Action Specialties has always gone above and beyond to help me with our print projects. We've used Action Specialties for wedding parties, bachelorette projects, event products and more. The sales people are knowledgable and they always help us work within our budget. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kinds of personalized apparel or promotional projects!

Our company's new uniform place. Prices are better than the last place we used. Though the place is enormous, they had no cargo pants in stock (FRC). They ordered what I needed and got my order in 3 business days.
