The company helps with medication adherence. They offer resources and education to encourage patients to take their medications on time as prescribed by their doctor. They go above and beyond to assist patients' with adherence; therefore improving overall health and quality of life, which in turn cuts yours and my Healthcare costs. They have resources for communities that assist with transportation, food, housing, utilities, and more. Until I was contacted by AdhereHealth, I had no idea of the perks available that helped me save on health care costs . If you receive a call, give them a chance to help. Hear them out and if you're not interested you've not lost anything but a few minutes of your time.

This company has contracts with different Insurance companies and if an rep at the insurance companies say its a scam that is only because they are not aware of all the services that the insurance has for its members. I used to work for an insurance company and so many of us was not aware of all the benefits from out side contractors like discount for meds and travel and etc.. so the rep would have to find out what benefits are offered before saying its a scam. or the supervisor or team leads should have training for what is an benefit to there members before reps give out wrong info

This business keeps calling my friend who is a senior citizen. My friend has duel coverage thru Medicare and Medicaid. Her caseworker assigned CIGNA as her prescription insurance thru Medicare. Now she is getting calls: Hello *****, this Tiffany calling from Pharm MD to schedule a medication review with you on behalf of CIGNA, your provider. Well I had her call CIGNA and ask about this so called medication review thru PHARM MD. CIGNA said it is a scam and not to give out any information to them!!

I had a really terrible experience with Stevie T over the phone. She was rude, unprofessional, and has no business talking with customers.

They call every month or two to schedule appointments to review the same prescriptions over and over. They should speak with the prescribing doctor and not the patient. Complete waste of time.

I have asked this company to stop calling me. They won't stop. I reported to FCC.

My insurance said they do not make home phone calls through a contractor to discuss medications. They said the goal is to switch your percriptions to a different pharmacy. The rep at my insurance company said not to discuss prescriptions to a company you didn't contact. Told them to stop calling, they keep calling. Blocked number they call from a different one.

A Wonderful company that is compassionate about helping patients stay healthy, and not to have medication interactions.They really do care, and are there to help.

Well, just got a call the gal stated she was from Adhere Health Care and stated that she's calling on be half of Medicare. She asked for my mother's name and I hung up. Instead, I called Medicare and asked one of the reps if they were associated with them. The rep from Medicare said no and that Medicare will never call you unless you requested for them to do so.
