If you are working at advanced connections and under the the supervisorship of Cindy Cruz be careful there is a big monopoly of Cindy Cruz there if she doesn t like you she will make all sorts of excuses to have you remove from there. She can t bare if you are more talented, friendly and better looking than her. Cuz she herself is a unpleasant and offensive person who would go behind your back and would do say nasty stuffs.
ACI responded to all our project need in quick and efficient manner. The staff, from the office to the field staff was an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.
I personally cannot assess their ability to resolve a network problem as I informed them of which wire needed to be reattached. They were courteous. However I question their billing practice. They sent out two people to do a one person job. They were in my office for 30 minutes but billed for 3 hours and stated their minimum was two hours. They explained to me when I questioned their billing practices that their billing time incorporated their travel time. I estimated their travel time to be 30 minutes per google maps each way not 2.5 hours round trip. Future customers should be aware of these practices before using these services.
