Greaf service, but the outdoor pool restaurant is very bad.

You cant loose if you choose Acqualina Resort, customer service at it's best, food preparation top notch. Room services high class. Over looking the beautiful ocean Acqualine is above the rest. My deep tissue massage made me relax, they have a high class massage parlour, hot tubes, jacuzzi, pools, outside dining, kids play area, I could go on and on. #takemeback Acqualina

One of the prettier buildings along Collins Avenue. A hotel / condominium on the beach offering many amenities such as pool, full spa concierge service, two restaurants of which one is Il mulino. A superb Italian restaurant.

This place is a total kingdom. These pictures say it all. Yes the ocean view is great combined with a resort hotel and residence makes this totally unique. Service is beyound my expectation. The bar is set high here.

We have also stayed at the trump hotel which is nice compared to this place. When in Miami, this is the place to be if you are looking for a high end hotel spa resort.

I and my boyfriend had an amazing weekend. We came back from the movies and the housekeeping lady made this bed for us. What a great surprise. She made me jump for joy, well it was my boyfriend idea. She did a terrific job and he surprises me. I love this place. I wish I can stay here forever.

The true definition of luxury. The architecture is out of this world. The latest buildings going up are gonna be even sweeter than the original masterpiece.

When you pull up to the front entrance to this resort/complex reality sets in quite fast that you ve just stepped foot into one of the country s finest establishments. If it s not the $40 million dollar rooftop penthouse mansion maybe it would be the 10 Star service you receive.

This is the type of royal treatment we re all in search of. The Acqualina Brand has figured it out. The pool area is amazing. Great food and drinks. Wonderful area for the entire family.

I stayed at the acqulina this week. After complaining about clogged sink and television not working for 3 days finally the problem was fixed. At checkout time I explained the front desk agent that I should get some credit because the room was not ready to accommodate people that pay $500 a night. The answer that I got was that there is nothing they can do for me since the manager think that way. The girl at the front desk was very rude and not pleasant to deal with. I had a very bad experience with acqalina sunny isles and will never go back. People save your money this place is not worth that. There is much better hotels in sunny isles with way better service and much cheaper prices.

We had an amazing time at the Aqualina. Everything about the resort was beautiful. All the restaurants were delicious and the staff were all at the top of thermodynamics game. The stand out MVP of our trip was easily Willi the bartender. From the first night we easily created a friendship. He always remembered our names and greeted us with a smile. He made our vacation very special. Cheers

This is the grandest hotel in all Florida. Shame on Google. The initial pictures could be a Best Western anywhere in the USA - open the website and feast your eyes on what Google didn't give you when you open their site.
If you want a true old world 5 Star experience - this IS the hotel. Take a couple fo days to enjoy the experience - money very well spent.

I'll I can say was amazing! !! This resort was like staying in our own home but with great services. .. great breakfast everyday...helpful concierge. ..kids learning center...soccer field...pools ..Beach front...the best!

Worst buffet ever, totally overpriced and very small selection of sub par food items. Also valet parking is a total rip off. They told us that day they were not honoring a validated parking ticket which would reduce the cost of valet. Terrible management at this hotel, go elsewhere!

This resort is one of the BEST in the world with an unprecedented level of luxury and service. We have been staying with them for 8 years and going back this Thanksgiving. We know about 50% of the staff from our visits and go above and beyond to make our visits amazing. Christof is the General Manager and always takes time, each time we see him to say hello and ask us how our stay is going. If you want a vacation that will change your life and if you love luxury, Acqualina is the place for you.

Dined at Il Mulino New York twice in the last 6 months. Wonderful experience! Fantastic food and service. The chicken parm and saltimbocca are fantastic

Had a very relaxing day at the spa with my wife. Excellent amenities (pool, salt room), a luxurious robe and lunch options. They charged me $18 for a regular lemonade; thought that was way too expensive.

What a stunning property, impecable. Your eyes will never get bored with so many wonderful things to look at. Service from valet to concierge, from receptionist to a guest specialist in engineering was all absolutely spectacular. Pools, yes with an S, pool wore amazing, first class beach service, but I would expect nothing less from such amazing hotels such as the Aqualina Resort. Highly recommended.

Overall great but service could be better. No teapots in suites, no way to get hot water without room service. We got a hair in pizza when ordered for kids.

I will start with the good...the location is lovely - you feel really secluded in this beautiful location and the beach and pool staff cater to your every need. Unfortunately they are the only ones and everything is an extra fee. For those who love the 5 star hotel accommodation and the service that typically comes with that - this hotel is NOT for you.

I am emotional right now, because everything that the hotel promised me at the time of my reservation didn't happen. Pre-ordering cribs or mini-fridges to keep milk closed does not ensure that they will be in your room. We requested a mini fridge 3 times before finally one came that didn't work. It was so late, we waited to the next day. Had to buy a small glass of mile for $4 since our milk went bad and had another delivered. Only to not work again. We changed rooms in the middle of the stay and for some reason had to request a crib every single time. We tried to upgrade our room to ocean view and kept hearing that they were fully book and then finally just went online and booked ourselves to see that rooms were really available. And when we told the hotel staff, we paid higher through them then online.

Everything is an extra fee. But honestly the pool, dining (not the restaurant which is terrible) and beach service and some of the front desk people are really nice and remember your name and try to help you. But they are not paying attention to the details to what makes a nice vacation and a worry free vacation when you are traveling with a small child. Terrible and overpriced.

5 Star stay but due to their clogging my inbox I will never stay here again.
They signed me up for their email list and their unsubscribe feature apparently does nothing.
I've unsubscribed, called, spoken to managers multiple times & I'm still getting their emails.

We spent our 'Babymoon' here after doing some research online, and the reviews did not even provide proper justice. The customer service in ALL aspects of our stay was top notch. The attention to detail and execution of this establishments blew us away.

We had an outstanding SPA experience at ESPA. The Costa Grill was perfect for lunch everyday, delicious items and the servers were great (thank you MATT!). The entire iL Mulino staff made us feel like royalty and their food was incredible, this restaurant is a MUST try. From our housekeepers, to the bellman, to the beach staff (thank you MIEKY!), it was easy to tell that the resort is ran by professionals that have mastered the art of hospitality, and their supporting cast loves what they do.

We will be back again and highly recommend this resort for couples, families, or anyone looking for a beautiful resort with world-class customer service.
