Sent my order quickly and it was perfect! The plexiglass was so clear my dad thought it was really glass

My experience was fantastic. Janet was in constant communication with me. When my piece of acrylic arrived broken (because the shipper had beat it up) she filed a claim and within 24 hours had a new piece of acrylic lined up for shipment. What more could you ask for?

Good company, quick turn around for questions and replies from customer service.

Buyer beware
Took a long time, and they didn't send what I paid for.
I would recommend buying plastic elsewhere.
I placed order online then called to confirm the next day. Sales lady was rude and still messed up my order even though I made the extra effort to confirm.

If you can, Only Order Online!!! Stay away from the office people!

I've been getting my Acrylic and Lexan (polycarbonate) sheets from Acme for over 15 years, and throughout the years, they have changed their process of dealing with customers, and unfortunately the people on their high-horse that you have to talk to for in-person orders are just cold, impersonal and... (let's stay with cold and impersonal).

The product they sell and the service provided by the warehouse folks where you pick up your product are very nice and makes up for the office potato heads.

The website shows you what's available, the extra costs of custom cuts, as well as the availability of highly discounted sale products.

They corrected the issue with my order & sent the missing item quickly I would use this company again.

After several emails and calls I did get a quote and went with Acme for my acrylics. My project turned out awesome.
I have several more projects but am undecided on who will get my business. Prices here are very high..... good service though.
This project is 3/16 black back with 3/16 clear front.

Appointment time 8 to 1pm check in at 10:30.
Hoo it 6:pm and they still loading.
