I've been getting my Acrylic and Lexan (polycarbonate) sheets from Acme for over 15 years, and throughout the years, they have changed their process of dealing with customers, and unfortunately the people on their high-horse that you have to talk to for in-person orders are just cold, impersonal and... The product they sell and the service provided by the warehouse folks where you pick up your product are very nice and makes up for the office potato heads.
