Very upset. It s 5:45am in the morning. My alarm panel is beeping and flashing Check 6F. Called my 24 Hour alarm service and was on hold over thirty minutes. They never picked up. I guess my 24 hour alarm monitoring service isn t staffed. I consider paying a monthly fee a waste of my money. Considering canceling my service and getting Ring Doorbell System. Sent emails and got no response. Unhappy customer.

Technician arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, offered a couple solutions that would save me money, then I Ed the problem. In addition he answered some questions that I had about the system. Knowledgeable and pleasant. Great experience!

I am VERY unhappy with their customer service or lack of one. I have been on hold to speak to an agent for over an hour. I even sent them a text (which they recommended to get in touch with them faster) but didn't get a response. Interesting though that they are very responsive when they want you to upgrade your system, but when you really need them, they are nowhere to be found! I'll be switching. There are so many other security companies out there.

Very upset...it's 3 am in the morning my alarm is making a beeping noise, 103 communication trouble, I have no idea what this means. I call my 24hr/365 alarm company WELL guess what? They are NOT 24 hours, no one ever answers. Thank God I didn't have a real emergency. I will be getting a new company. The answer from the owner is NOT answering my question...I didn't have a power outage, the issue is I thought you were 24 hours and you are NOT. I have put in several calls, left my number and still no return call.

Sammy, the tech who came out was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He came out and replaced my radio signal before, and then he came to install a wireless system today. Both times he was very quick and answered all my questions. Ackerman should give him a reward.

I'm a current client and if you want to change anything or trying to respond about a alarm... Good Luck!! Since the pandemic service has been horrible... Been waiting on the phone For an hour and twenty-two minutes and still nobody answered my call...still waiting...this is so crazy.. would not recommend them... Terrible Customer service or should we say no service...

This morning our alarm triggered at 3:20am. It obviously woke my wife and I from a deep slumber in a panic. I ran through the house to see what had happened and there was no sign of a break-in or reason for the alarm to go off. I called Ackerman to get their help and was sure it would be moments before I was speaking to someone about our problem.

Unfortunately I was completely wrong. No one ever answered the phone- at a SECURITY COMPANY. The company I was relying on to protect my home never answered the phone. I know now they blame a widespread Verizon outage. But- even after repeated phone calls today and promised automatic call backs - I still haven't been able to speak with a person about the incident- and further they are completely unsympathetic about the panic and lack of customer service we received in what was a very unsettling situation.

I will be canceling my service and taking my business elsewhere. When it comes to the security of my home and my family- I expect my security company to answer the phone after the first ring.
