Well helped so far, 800 E laptop dead after 3.5 years, battery dead after 2 years.

2 times a broken motherboard within 1 year. Instead of apologies and a leniency repair / warranty, you get a bill where you can buy 2 new laptops ... Never an Acer for me again.

Fantastic customer support. They neatly adhere to the warranty conditions and repairs are completed quickly.

Acer Predator: decent, large and robustly executed (in terms of construction) but is particularly disappointing in terms of performance and stability. Acer made better products 3-4 years ago. Now apparently the margin and profit are obsessive and the quality is secondary. No problem, you will no longer have problems with me as a customer.

Never buy an Acer, my mother's laptop needed a new battery, so sent it and you get a blank laptop back and the repair center also hacked your data right away,

Bad, phone bought broke within 1 year, still had warranty, but battery was no longer available. I will get my broken device back for a long time, but I can't do anything with it. BAD SERVICE

Fraudsters. As service partners of Segway, they try to get money for warranty / service repairs. They themselves have damaged the product and give this as an underlying reason for the failure. However, I had taken photos in advance and immediately enforced a free settlement through a notice of default. But weird that it should come to that. Perhaps they work with bonuses to keep service rehearsals as low as possible?

The products are treated well and quickly. The service is extremely good and super friendly. Everything is neatly told on the phone so that you can take everything into account. ACER is a must and a top brand !!!!!

Very unfortunate that you can not give less than 1 star, in October 2017 bought an acer, device is now for the third time back for repair. Must now pay for repair over the 54.00 and for non-repair 35.00, research costs, (there is nothing to investigate because a layman can see that it is broken) while the guarantee only expired in October 2019. They accuse us of having deliberately destroyed the device. The mini-laptop was bought at Makro in Hengelo, but they also do not want to cooperate. Never again to 1 of these companies.

Very poor service. My expensive Acer laptop (new price 1,050.00) was out of warranty for 1 week when my screen stopped turning on after using the Fn-F5 function (screen off). I only used this laptop 1 to 2 times a month to make an inspection report of a camera inspection of sewer pipes. When I connected an external monitor, it turned out that the laptop was still working fine, only the screen backlighting did not turn on anymore. I contacted Acer and sent the laptop to the repair service. Result: The motherboard should be replaced, which costs 827.48. After a difficult communication (at Acer answers seem to end up in a mailbox that nobody reads) I finally get a discount of 113.22. Shameful !!! I have always found Acer a good price / quality ratio, but after this service experience I decided not to buy Acer anymore. So to everyone: make sure you don't get a defect on your Acer laptop and do not send it to Acer service center in case of a defect.

After I was helped by phone without an annoying band, I was able to give my laptop the next day to send and I had my laptop back in perfect condition the same week. 10/10 better than other brands where you spend 10 hours just sending your laptop.
