Very unfortunate that you can not give less than 1 star, in October 2017 bought an acer, device is now for the third time back for repair. Must now pay for repair over the 54.00 and for non-repair 35.00, research costs, (there is nothing to investigate because a layman can see that it is broken) while the guarantee only expired in October 2019. They accuse us of having deliberately destroyed the device. The mini-laptop was bought at Makro in Hengelo, but they also do not want to cooperate. Never again to 1 of these companies.
