Ace Motor Acceptance stole payments from me and when I called to let them know a Stephani Simmons was extremely rude and told me it will take 3-5 business days to REVIEW (NOT REFUND) my account. It took them only 3-5 seconds to steal my money though. I asked her to let me speak to the person in charge and she told me the only person I'm speaking to is the voicemail and then she hung up on me.Now every time I try to contact her it will not go through so I assume she has blocked my number. I called the 704 number and was able to talk to a guy who barely speaked English. He was extremely rude too. I called again and another lady answered who thought the stuff was funny and ended up hanging up on me. Worst company ever!

I finally received a call the next day from a Ms. Jordan who started off with a impatient attitude, but ended being the most helpful of all. She explained to me what happened, the process of reversing their mistake, and when my money will be back in my account. THAT'S ALL I ASKED FOR IN THE BEGINNING. The first several employees that I spoke to made it seem like it was my fault and there is nothing that can be did about it. Instead of taking their time to calm me down and admit their mistake, they basically told me shut up and deal with it. They revealed their true colors during this episode and all in all I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them to ANYONE. I will be doing reviews everywhere to get my message out. You cannot own a business that focuses on people, but then have bad customer service. What type of logic is that? Hate your job? GET A NEW ONE!!!!
