The coverage is poor, especially in roaming. It also sometimes does not find the coverage in certain countries, but do not hesitate, the company will charge you for it. As the company goes in a minus balance on your cellphone, without even informing you!
They have no up-to-date data that you actually use, yet they used to send massive bills, charging you for nothing. Their prices are outrageously inflated!

The worst telecom operator ..... the network is constantly disappearing, the Internet 4g speed is not higher than 3_4 Mbps .... and it also constantly falls off .... the so-called support service ... this is a complete bottom ......

I have been served by this company for a long time, about 20 years, I connected home television to the Internet and my parents, they took two TV sets. We decided to take the phone also in Iphone 12 reconditionat, we asked the operator what exactly was restored in these phones, we were assured that nothing serious was changed on the little things, if they change the part, then only the original ones. Three months later, the screen swam, turned black, they took the phone to Orange, of course, they told us that the screen was damaged through our fault and we were removed from the guarantees, repair it wherever you want. We took it to the service, and it turned out that the screen is Chinese, NOT the original !!! I turned to Orange to pick up the phone and give me a new one, they refused because I was in another service and they opened it, and I have to prove to them that they gave me a low-quality product. As soon as the contract ends, I will leave this dishonest operator.

The Internet constantly freezes, does not cover all the rooms in the house, they force you to sign when installing cables that there is no claim to stretching the Internet in the house, just terribly waiting for the time when the obligation under the contract ends and the excess on the starnet is just terrible

In the last package, I had TV and Internet + telephone services connected, before I decided to change the package, I asked the consultant whether the new TOP 190 would include TV and Internet, the consultant assured me that yes. On the settlement day, I received an invoice for 400 lei instead of 190. It turns out that TV and Internet are paid separately, but no one warned me about this. I was told that the package for 190 would include both TV and internet, as it was in my last subscription. Orange Chat is a separate issue, as well as their site as a whole, constantly freezes. The consultant I was talking to (Ana) just turned off the chat when I still had questions about my subscription. Terrible impression.

The worst hang out of all the Orange networks in the world, especially since I have been a loyal customer for 20 years !!! In Europe, you can't say what you need, because all operators jump to help you and you can solve it. While here ... Shame!

I understand everything, anything can happen, but it would be much more comfortable for me if they asked me to wait a minute and continue on.
