Worst company ever!!! After i told them to quit calling to sell me garbage. the sales person called me a C*CK sucker. I have no idea how they stay in business!!

Was sent items that were not ordered. Suppose to receive a label to return and never sent. Charged a business and never spoke with the owner! BBB notified and I am contacting my attorney.

This company has called us dozens of times without ever dealing with them. Its the same thing over and over, pretend to know you, pretend they are sending out a catalogue, try a high pressure, no taking no for an answer sales pitch on crappy drill bits.
Not falling for it, you don't have miracle tools nobody else does. If someone could sell me a way to get them to stop calling, I'd buy that.

When speaking with their representatives I have had nothing short of an amazing experience. Not a single person I have spoken too has steered me in the wrong direction regarding any issues with orders or any needs I may have for myself. Top to bottom their customer service stands at the top, always willing to help when an issue arises and always corrects something if it s wrong. I will always recommend Ace to any person or business looking for what they need to get the job done right.

Scam business. Quick google search will uncover THOUSANDS of documented complaints. They call from a spoofed number. Insulted our secretary when she wouldn't put the purchasing agent on the phone. Can't wait to see Tim and Ana Sterns (owners) on an American Greed episode.

Best drill bits I ve ever used! No oil or pilot hole needed, and they showed up 2 days after I placed the order. Even offered 2% off if paid early!

We work with our hands for a living. Got our first order and paid for shipping and handling, we told our salesman Mitch VanderBilt and he was kind and courteous enough to remove the charges on the next bill. Wonderful company that will work with you if any issues arise and are always there to correct any miscommunications!

They even offered me 50% off my next order for doing a short 2 minute review of my order, just to make my business relationship much sweeter with them.

They only get 1 star because you have to pick one to write a review. First it was a cold call and my husband ordered something. Now they constantly call and it is very irritating. We will never order from here again. I've told them never to call again. But apparently that won't work .

Nice people to deal with. Products of fair quality. A little more expensive than finding a good sale...we love to shop Black Friday deals at competitors to stock up on needed supplies for the coming year...but if you buy as you go for your business, the convenience of having things delivered to your doorstep through Ace Industrial Supply is a definite plus!

Received horrific cheap product in the mail, called asking what address to return to and they said we couldn't return them? Then we receive a invoice for $236!!! For plastic? After a month we receive a threatening call from a "bounty hunter" whom claims he's coming to our home and is collecting the money for Ace. Continues to threaten and harass until invoice was paid for a product we'd been told we could return until we actually wanted to! This company is an absolute SCAM!

Wow I'm a Plumbing company and I've never witnessed such disrespect for their customers over 25 one star in row got tired of looking , if you want bad service with a smile and high fees you make sure to give them a call, they are very helpful!

They also dont price things out on the invoice maybe I should just guess. No worries they might be big but sometimes things get loss in shuffle like customers.!

Purchased a mixed set of Bacho Reciprocating saw Blades, wood, demolition and metal, after using the sawzall hard for a couple weeks on 2 decks, a porch roof, and some enclosed chimneys, my observation is that they last a third longer than other blades, I have had my own home improvement business for a few years now and I am impressed, especially at 5.99 a blade.

Very ignorant and rude workers. They say their tools are the top of the line but they are worth nothing! They are nothing but scammers don't let them fool you!

Terrible, unprofessional, materials same as any knock of pos. Constant call from numerous phone numbers. Usually salesman use vulgar language or rude response about whatever response given. I have to agree with others that this is the WORST company to use.

I bought their Viper Self Drilling Set. Best ones I've used in my professional career. They keep on drilling through steel with little wear, plus life time warranty!

Ordered some drill bits from this company a number of years ago being sold on the fact that the bits would be warrantied for life. Within a couple months we had a number of bits broken, I called and had them replaced with no problem. Two years later, today, I called to have two bits warrantied and I was told that I was given the Limited Lifetime Warranty NOT the Lifetime Warranty that the cold call Salesman sold me. RUDE customer service representative did nothing to help me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

2 years ago I agreed to purchase something from them at a price and they'd throw in something free. I agreed and they sent me the 2 items and a bill 75% higher than they said. Now they call multiple times a day from fake numbers. Stay away from them would be my advice.

I have an auto transport business. I needed good quality tie down straps that fit over the tire. I bought what was supposed to be a good tie down strap, but what I got for three times the normal price was total junk. They had low working strength and the wrong hooks at the ends, these straps sell any where on the net for 9.95. They charged me 29.95 apiece. Total rip off. The product was nothing like it was described. High pressure salesman. And very rude to me after I contacted them. I stopped payment on the COD check. I told them to send me a UPS return label and they refused. They say I have to return them at my expense. If they want them back they can come and get them. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THESE FRAUDS!!!!!!!

Unwanted calls all the time even after we have contacted the corporate office to put a do not call request in. I have been told to **** Off ***** many times when I told them not to call anymore!! NOT ONLY ARE THEY RUDE THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING!!!!!

Will, their salesman calls my personal cell phone continuously. My husband had ordered in the past and the product was horrible and returned. Not sure how he obtained my cell, but each time Will calls, it is a different number from Wisconsin, when I call the number back it has been changed or disconnected. I have told him to stop calling my phone, has not worked. He also calls my husbands business, swears and calls me and our office manager horrible names.

My husband is a Milwaukee tools fanatic and has done business with Ace for years! They have a helpful sales staff (we usually deal with Brandon or Grant) who take pride in finding what we need at the best possible price! Sometimes we even receive items at no charge in exchange for buying consumables in bulk, etc. I handle the financial end of things for my husband and I'm always happy to deal with Ace's customer service or I can talk to the salesman who sold the tools to us directly when we have additional questions, or to pay a bill, or re-order. It's nice to have a reliable company who you can trust!

They wont stop calling so I have set up a call recording with them and now I have 5 phone calls with them where i have asked them to stop calling this should be a easy 15000 profit for me my attorney says :)

Losers they need to get better reps and stop calling when asked to remove from list !. Asked rep for a phone number for boss to call back and all I got was a hang up. Funny because we could have been potential customers !

We have told them not to call several times, they keep calling and the salesmen are very rude. Do not buy from them, you will be overcharged on your credit card and will never be able to get it resolved. BUYER BEWARE!

i have not done any business with this company yet a sales rep just called 6 times in a row after i told her we dont take solicitations. This is bordering on harassment, i just called customer service to complain. if i don't receive anymore calls for a few months i will remove this review, but until then i will leave it up as i believe it is deserved at this point.

Sales guy calls me up says he will give me 2 cases of hand cleaner,if I purchased 2 cases,so they ship me 4 cases, charged me for 4 cases, I call complain and want to return them, just for them to say it's against policy to take returns,this is by far the worst company that has no morals of business,treat people right you could have returning customers, no lie and screw then over to make a quick buck

I Am not happy at all with my experience, somehow they cat my number, call me numerous times when I finally answer they offer all this free stuff with no cost that said. We don t even need a card number they said, well now I keep getting people calling me and sending me emails, trying to get paid!

Matt (sales person) explained how to navigate there website and how to reach them if i needed any help. Not to often you can have someone to walk you throw everything. I look forward to doing business with them.

I just got off the phone with one of the salesman for about the tenth time. The last nine times I asked them in a very nice manner to please take me off their call list or to at least stop calling. This time however, I decided to tell them just how much I don't appreciate it when they just won't stop calling. The salesman then proceeded to tell me that he'd be glad to take me off the list only after I send him some new mexican green chile. I have never been in such an unprofessional situation with a tool salesman than I have with these guys. I will never buy anything form them again. nor would I recommend buying from them.

They're abusive. Here's a tip: When they call, put them on a mute hold to see how much crap they can talk about you when they think you're not listening. Do I want to buy from them in the future? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I hope they shut their doors. Stay away from them.

We bought some tools parts (grinding disks, etc) from ACE industrial and the wrong tools parts were sent out, this was fine as they quickly sent out the proper tools. I received the bill and though there seemed to be an abundant of 'extra charges' I did not argue. I forgot to sent the cheque but when they called at the start of august it had been sent and was en route (from Canada to US). The man was quite rude on the telephone to me and my wife, but she provided him with the cheque amount and the cheque number. They called 2 or so weeks later and left a message saying the cheque had not arrived, etc. I ignored the call because the cheque had been sent and with the US/Canada mail there can be delays. September 15th 2013, shortly after 11pm , my cell phone rang and it was Frank Johnson, he stated he was from the legal department of ACE Industrial, he proceeded to be very rude insisting he had not received the cheque and I had to give him my credit card number or else he would issue a warrant for my arrest the next morning. I kept saying the cheque had been sent but would check with my bank in the morning, he called me a liar and other names and kept saying I would get arrested if I did not give my credit card info. I hung up and he kept calling back, I answered (11:30)and continued to be called a liar, and was told I was going to get arrested, I kept explaining it was late and I would check in the morning and call him back. Meanwhile my wife got out of bed and went down to the computer and looked up the cheque, it had come out of our account AUG 26th, I told him it had and proceeded to argue with him about it. I kept insisting he give me his fax number and I would send the image of the cheque from my bank. He finally gave it to me and I faxed the image and he did not call back fortunately. I hope to NEVER deal with this company again, the rudeness and scare tactics if not illegal should be, especially when I was in the right and had paid already, and it had come out of my account last month! do not deal with

Crooks! Sent me an invoice through post office. The invoice was supposed to be with the package I never recieved. Now the guy named Joe keeps spoof calling me with hundreds of different numbers. Demanding I pay for something I never recieved. Do not do business with this fake company. Extremely Unproffesional and disrespectful!

The tools I seen my buddy s buy were decent and for the most part what the salesman said they were. I gave them a try and what a nightmare. Endless phone calls and wouldn t take no for an answer so I Finally just sent the tools back to them so they can aggravate someone else with the blow out sale lol Was also told they are snap on quality. They re harbor freight quality at best. Don t waste your time.

The absolute worst company ive every had dealings with. They will call you 24/7 3 to 4 times a day or night from so many different numbers its absolutely driving me crazy. Trying to block all them numbers it nuts. We are considering changing our phone number after having it for 15 years .

Rude and unprofessional. My husband and I both own the company. As I tried to call and return the things because they added $80.00 to the price, they got rude because I wasn't on the account. They wouldn't even tell me what all needed to be put in the box to be returned. My husband is calling right now to put me on there and I'm sure they are still going to be rude and not tell me the reason for the extra $80.

Wow, I am not sure where to begin. For a business that has been around for 35 years, I would struggle to see them in business much longer, they still work on old style pressure tactics for sales followed by underhanded collections that might have worked 20 yrs ago. I should have known better when they called.

We agreed to try three of the cutting discs and if they didn't work out we wouldn't have to buy them.
After one use, two of our departments said they were not worth it. Now granted I didn't call right away and let ACE know and that's on me. However, the conversation that followed when I was trying to explain why their product wasn't as they stated. All that seemed to be important was getting paid for a product that their client didn't approve of. I wanted to offer a compromise and she wouldn't hear me out. I deal with vendors all day long, hundreds of them and have never dealt with the likes of this. It was absolutely mind blowing to me.

The triple charged on credit card! Lied on price and charge on credit card and just lied and basically stole!!!! Also added friet when said it was free shipping! Scammers piers also that is called elder abuse! Who can do anything about it?? Bastrds think its OK! Some there stuff comes damaged as well! Puckers!!!!

Great service and if something is wrong that make it right got blades that wasn't what I thought they sent me a package to send them back no questions asked.

They assure me that tools they have are perfect. Sold me over the phone 12 blade for multi tool which cost 190$. But I think that even ridgid is better Disappointed.

Salesman Called and I was Skeptical at first, but Salesman presented US Drill bits with a gurrentee for life on open billing. They Showed up in the Mail and ended up being a Great set. Definately satisfied.
