Wow, I am not sure where to begin. For a business that has been around for 35 years, I would struggle to see them in business much longer, they still work on old style pressure tactics for sales followed by underhanded collections that might have worked 20 yrs ago. I should have known better when they called.
We agreed to try three of the cutting discs and if they didn't work out we wouldn't have to buy them.
After one use, two of our departments said they were not worth it. Now granted I didn't call right away and let ACE know and that's on me. However, the conversation that followed when I was trying to explain why their product wasn't as they stated. All that seemed to be important was getting paid for a product that their client didn't approve of. I wanted to offer a compromise and she wouldn't hear me out. I deal with vendors all day long, hundreds of them and have never dealt with the likes of this. It was absolutely mind blowing to me.
