Great place to chill and have a smoke. Fine cigars are found in the humidor with a great selection . Pleasantly surprised that they were open until 10:00 p.m. Sunday. Will visit again.

Be carful what you buy as all of his Cuban cigars are fake. The owner is so rude and racist that there is no words to describe him. I don't think I have ever seen owner of a business so rude to his employees in my life. He is so pushy and if any wealthy customers come in he will try his best to ding you with the price, not only that but he will tell other customers to leave cause he have rich customers coming in and he needs the chairs.

Visiting the area for work and stopped in the shop. Great selection and atmosphere. I ll be back next time I m in Pasadena.

Anton is the best! This small but fully stocked shop is located on the edge of 'old town' in Pasadena. There is nothing better than to have dinner in one of the many great places in old town, then walk over to Cigars by Chivas for a smoke. Anton is always there, caring personally for everyone walking through his doors. Tell him what you expect in a cigar and let him pick one out for you, then go outside, lite up and people watch. Great place and a great owner...thanks Anton!

My first time there. Aton gave me great service. I would definitely recommend them. Felt like home very inviting. I also meet the fine gentleman that was also a very nice man.

It's a good place to go. A little pricey, but you paying for the lounge which is worth it in my opinion. And they have really good brands of cigars.

It was my first time in Cigars by Chivas and after just 5 minutes, I already knew I loved it.

I met a co-worker, Bruno, who is new to cigars. He arrived before me about 4pm on Friday after work to play chess and enjoy some cigars. When I got there, Bruno had the board set up was smoking a cigar suggested for him and he told me they cut and lit it for him. They had suggested one for me, which was waiting for me - custom made for this shop by Davidoff. It was a great stick! I highly recommend !!

Over the next 5 hours and many games, I sparked up an Olivia V Melanio Reserve (past cigar of the year), A My Father La Opulencia, and a Davidoff Nicaragua- this last stick is my new #1. It was so fantastic I bought 2 more to bring home. It might be too much for less experienced aficionados but when you know cigars and tell yourself this is a good cigar, this is a great cigar, this is a really great cigar, over and over with each puff - you just know!

Now, this is a Davidoff-certified shop with high-end cigars being their specialty but for those seeking super cheap cigars, I saw some Acids and JAVAs (mint and latte), but not too many under $10, so if you re looking for cheap cigars it might not be your first choice. If you are willing to try most any cigar they carry, you will not be disappointed. I encourage visitors to ask and trust Anto or KJ to recommend a stick and, if you do, I would be very surprised if you don t enjoy it very much.

Over the time we spent there, I got to know Anto and KJ, and see their great customer service for many visitors who came in and out. I am quite experienced with premium cigars and can tell you, my visit was over the top because of them treating us as close friends, plus the location has many open windows to people watch, allowing an exceptionally nice breeze keeping the air fresh inside. The setting permits those wishing to watch sports or, like Bruno and I, to have quiet conversation - I will be back and will be bringing others, too.

Not many girls smoke cigars but I as one who does appreciate and enjoy this little smoke shop. You can have your own box if you wish and the selection is always the best. The owner is very friendly and the place is very enjoyable.

We stopped by after getting a recommendation from a local. They offer a great selection of cigars and we were able to smoke inside and relax. We played a game of chess that was set up for customers in their front lounge area and were warmly greeted by the owner, his wife and their son. We enjoyed great conversation and will definitely be back if we are in the area! Highly recommend!

I smelled the cigars before I stumbled here-I couldn't resist the smell so I went in and bought a cigar. I was warmly welcomed and asked if I wanted my cigar cut-how convenient as I didn't bring my cigar cutter. I relaxed and enjoyed this place with bustling streets out at night. I will definitely return.

Back a second time. Still great company great place to enjoy a smoke but will be looking for a new place. No restroom for patrons. Big downside if you're enjoying $40 in cigars with a drink. They refer you to a restaurant across the street. Went from classy to not so much.

Erik is amazing with his product knowledge and customer service. Give that man a raise or promotion immediately! The cigar he chose for me was exactly what I was craving.

Is a cool little place if you smoke cigars or even if you don't. I went in to get some humidifiers and cigar tips. Very nice and clean and does not stink like cigars even though people can smoke in there. Pretty much upper-middle-class establishments where you can Kickback With friends and socialize over a cigar without bothering people from the smoke. It's a cigar bar basically with really cool humidifier boxes and all the supplies you could possibly need for the cigar connoisseur.

I love this place been there once had a great experience owner was very helpful very relaxed environment but definitely go again when I'm in the area
