My husband called Ace for our air because the hose froze up last night and the heat was very uncomfortable. He called about 5pm and a tech was to our place within 30 minutes if that long. Mr. Jacob M. Was sent to our home and let me tell you this guy was the absolute amazing.. He was friendly, professional. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of out questions promptly and with confidence. He is truly an asset to the company- he did so well we are purchasing a new unit and it will be installed tommow. Ace air conditioning is a people friendly business and customer service goes a long way. I was more willing to call Ace than my home warranty people. Thanks again Jacob- I will see you guys tomorrow and can't wait to see and feel my new unit.
