I ve been a member with accrue for almost 2 years. I ve been working with Mark Gilbert who is my Property Consultant and he has helped me to increase my property portfolio by doing all the leg work for me and making my choice much easier. Unfortunately in just 2 years our personal plans have changed, our financial plans have changed and plans envisaged for the future have changed. However, Accrue has not changed. Accrue have been very helpful to us in terms of sourcing the right property and offering sound financial advice. We always feel positive and well supported by their staff.

When we initially met with Accrue, we knew that if we wanted to get ahead in life we needed to take a few risks and we felt more comfortable with property than we were with shares.

Accrue were able to break it down and in layman s term for us they told us exactly what we could afford to borrow and exactly what it would cost us each week.

We had heard horror stories about investing in property and saw taking the first step as a bit of a gamble, but we gave it a crack.

We purchased a property in Pascoe Vale in 2015 which has increased by almost $100K over the past 2 years, the experience with Accrue has been really good and we are looking at purchasing again.

Be careful!! Accrue real-estate are crooks with real-estate licence they are selling overpriced properties with $50.000 commission, they told us after we paid our membership fee of $6500 that everything they sell is in a wholesale price with no commission but they tried to sell us a house and land in Green Vale with a $50000 commission. We purchased a similar house and land package in Green Vale (same estate) with better inclusions from the same builder for $50000 less, shame on you accrue.

Very thorough and knowledgeable assistance from Mark Gilbert and colleagues at Accrue in helping my husband and I traverse the housing market and set up our first investment property.

Overall, our experience with Accrue Real Estate has been positive. We had a few bumpy moments as you would expect with buying off the plan but the team at Accrue were great and stepped in to sort out. Mark Gilbert was responsive and respectful with our questions. We are happy with our purchase and if you are time poor, it is a great option.

Accrue did a great job in helping us set up our initial investment property, but I was sceptical of their membership, thinking their interest would wane after the property settle. It's been nearly four years now, and we are still receiving benefits from that membership - annual reviews of the performance of our investment and arranging for a free financial planner meeting.

I joined up with Accrue Real Estate nearly two years ago and I have been very impressed with the professionalism of their staff. Their approach was simple and easy to follow and took out a lot of the guess work associated with buying an investment property.

My partner and I had spoken about investment properties for sometime but didn't know where to start. We came across Accrue by chance and with in a very short time we felt comfortable with the services they offer. After just two meetings over Zoom Nelson had us convinced and had found a great property in the Geelong area for us!! Couldn't recommend Nelson and Joel more highly, Both made the process and experience very easy.

Not Convinced. A lot of promises to get you to sign up and pay your $6,545 membership. They promise that they will walk you through the process and look after all the fine details. Including options to finance the purchase, sourcing the properties, insurances, retirement planning, property management, etc They say they will deal with the banks on your behalf as well as a heap of other promises. Well it's been months since we agreed to purchase some properties and we are constantly having to chase them up about the progress and bank approvals. They are recently not even getting back to us at all about our queries.

The members of the Accrue team have opened our eyes to what we can achieve in gaining a secure place for our retirement. Every year we learn something new about how to better invest our finances. It has given my husband and I more focus towards of financial goals and made them a reality. Accrue have been so key to us actually moving forward. The annual review is great because it forced us to really look at the scope of our finance and to move forward with other financial goals.

In recent years my wife and l purchased two properties through Accrue, the experience was very smooth and we are now looking for our third property

We recently purchased two properties through Accrue Real Estate, commencing the process at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The process was daunting for us with lenders delaying the process due to concerns our employment may be impacted by the pandemic and processes changing due to isolation and stage 4 restrictions. I was introduced to Accrue by my cousin who works in real estate as a way to help buy a property off market. I've seen an increase not only in the capital value of the property but being so close to the city I have seen an increase in the rental earnings. Sit down with them, have a chat and then make up your own mind. Double thumbs up from me.

WOULD NOT USE AGAIN TO BUY PROPERTY. I have bought 2 properties now through Accrue and I would not buy again. The developers/builders they have shortlisted for us have been unprofessional in the manner they respond to the numerous defects that we have had. Accrue have not been helpful in resolving issues with the builders/developers and the post sale service has been slow and almost non-responsive at times. I have sent friends and colleagues wishing to buy property elsewhere.
