Accrue real-estate are charging 55k commission from every developer, hence why all their stock is 55K overpriced. Signing up with Accrue Real Estate was a great choice. It was the last thing on my mind thinking about the way I was going to buy my first investment property. I had no idea what went into getting one. When I started by myself, it was overwhelming. Accrue gave me all the options I needed and allowed me to make a very informed choice and find a property that was 100% suitable.
It s been around 3 years since I first met with the team at Accrue Real Estate. Initially I wasn t sure that I needed extra help trying to get into the property market. I spent quite a bit of time asking questions and decided to give it a crack. At this stage I was pretty impressed that they didn t hassle me to come back or to sign up to anything on the spot. I had a break from work at the time but I found the process of searching for a property exhausting, dealing with agents, trying to get to a price that I could afford and I realised that looking was a lot harder than I originally thought. Around 6 months later I decided to give them a call again and I was surprised that I got to speak to the same person who handled my initial enquiry. But to cut a long story short, I ended up engaging Accrue to help me find a property. Not having the stress of looking myself and being able to select something that matched what I was looking for helped me get into the property market. At the end of the day you need to make your own mind up but for me it was the right choice.

Stay away from Acrrue Realestate scam: This is a dodgy real-estate company, they charge between 50K to 55K commission from any developer and sell an overpriced property to hard-working Australians. They are giving financial advice although they are not qualified, financial planners. Please note all their properties are off the plan and about 50K overpriced. Be careful and warn your family and friends from this scam
The service offered by Accrue has been great. At the first consultation that I had with Accrue I felt comfortable moving forward and using their service. I am very happy with the amount of research and level of detail that the property consultant went through with me on each and every property that he introduced to me. He showed me multiple properties in multiple areas for me to considered so I didn t feel rushed or pressured when it came time for me to acquire a property.
I have spoken to my family and friends about Accrue s services and would recommend them to those who are in a position to invest. I especially like the annual review process.
