What's not to like when you are looking for a furry friend
Customer service was great! I got my dog from here 6 years ago and have surrendered several kittens to their care. They've always been friendly and very helpful.
The worst I took in a dog someone gave me with issues. After two weeks of him not eating full meals and gasping for air. U decided to have him put down and they said no and send me to a vet clinic who doesn't see sick animals and they give me a list and no one ever called me back. He died two days later.
Against enormous odds, ACCT provides compassionate services in the poorest large city in the US. They have a very informative website which you should take the time to read before showing up, so that you will not be disappointed if you can't get in without an appointment. My experience surrendering a found animal was efficient and the intake coordinators and staff on the phone were very helpful and kind.
Not clean as the ASPCA on Erie, went for a cat but the computers we're down. Staff didn't seem like they cared if you adopted a pretty or not. We left and went to the one in Erie and got are new addition. Missy, she's 1 very shy so we are just giving her space and letting her get too know the house and us. Not saying don't get an animal from this place, all of them need love.
