I have VERY BAD experience with Accounts NextGen specially in Sydney Location. I enrolled in Accountant Programme course(Onsite classes). She(Mehak) promised every week 2 classes before Enrolling but after I paid my Fees in Full then around 2 months No classes conducted in Sydney and Now when my time finish they only able to finish XERO in which MYOB and Taxation classes not yet started. Now when I m asking my money back they giving me excuses related to NO REFUND POLICY. So Please students be aware before giving them your Hard earned money. I still not even get my XERO reference letter which I already completed. My request to all Sydney Future students Don t go for Accounts NextGen try some other more loyal company for your Internship to save your Time and Money. Please

I have just completed the training for Xero and MYOB at Accounts NextGen. The course content is very good which includes real world examples. Assessments in the form of quiz and case studies at the end of each topic provides clear understanding of the concepts and gives practical experience. The trainer was so helpful in replying and solving any queries.

I had pretty average experience with them; have to tell the lady all the deductions that i could claim. She just had a checklist of sorts. At the end she did a basic error in calculation. I decided to do it all by myself at the end.

I first did my tax return with them cuz they were charging very reasonable price for student tax return and the process was very simple. Then I joined their internship program. It's very different to what I've learned in uni, very practical. Highly recommend Nextgen team

Terrible experience with Accounts NexGen Approached this company for a mortgage inquiry. Interacted with Nick on multiple occasions who falsely assured that credit can be arranged. Later, I found out they are just doing cold calls to different lenders, and as expected, results were pathetic. Once they got the initial engagement money, their attitude changed and it was me who was calling them for follow-ups. As I was not satisfied with their services and later when asked for refund, they plainly refused. Personally, I found them completely unethical and unprofessional. It was waste of time for me, and I will never ever use their services again.

I did the internship at CBD location.Once the first payment done you'll see...My trainer was Apoorva and she was working during the class time and it was like self study .You can't call it an internship because it was like just going through notes and doing questions.Nothing practical.They are in a hurry until you pay the first instalment $500 knowing you will not stop as it is an big amount and you will keep doing for the money you paid.I prefer giving 0 stars...

Not too happy at all with this group. First, you get the feeling that all of your tax work is being completed by interns/trainees and by going off all the intern reviews on this site, we are correct. Was a first time small business owner and placed our business accounting into the hands of Next Gen - had more trouble than it was worth in dealing with the poor performance of trainee tax agents. Unfortunately we had to close business due to tough times and I was assured by Nex Gen the final BAS statement would be completed as well as all other things (terminating GST etc.) Well, it wasn't and the ATO sent me a letter stating our final BAS had not been submitted and we may be fined as a result. All of this happened despite asking Next Gen if they were going/had submitted the final BAS. It appears after we told them we were closing down, their interest in caring for their customer also closed down as well. Look somewhere else and go to one of the big firms.

The whole team is very responsive and supportive. The training program is really intensive and provided me with hands on experience in the accounting field. The trainers are very friendly and prompt with their response to any queries.
