LERETA currently holds a disbursement from my Escrow account with my mortgage company (disbursed a month ago) and they refuse to pay my property taxes, which are overdue and in a grace period. After attempts to contact them and figure out why the taxes haven t been paid yet, they told me that the information is confidential and that they couldn t give me any answers. At this point in the conversation, they had not even asked me for any identifying information. I hope that I am not forced to take action against this company.

I called lereta and spoke with Virginia. She was very courteous and polite. She answered all my questions and provided great customer service

Unreliable and inefficient. Customer service is very bad, they are extremely unorganized.

I ve had the pleasure of working with a number of wonderful co-workers and supervisors at Lereta LLC. Having a background in mortgage lender has really helped to learn and grow here. Anyone interested in a long term career should get to know Lereta LLC.

I started this position and they gave me horrible training and they let me go on my 2nd day for expressing that the trainer TAMALA is not a good trainer and speaks in a condescending way to you

This is not a good place to work and to make it so bad, I didn t even have system access and they lied and said I didn t catch on but I trained my own self on multiple systems at my previous employer and left with 15-18 accolades. STAY AWAY FROM LERETA.

Great Customer Service and I had a very pleasant interaction with the people that helped answer all my concerns and questions.

Well what im going to say is for no one to work there.. its the most horrible place to work the pay minimum wage and give no raises ever. I mean ever. The leads and alot of people there bully eachother and managment doesnt care.. honestly one of these days someone is either going to get to commit suicide.. or either do something horrible because of all the bullying, I had to leave just to keep my Sanity.. i even told HR and they didnt do anything. Please i beg everyone not to work there. They work you to the bone and twice a year they give you a bonus they you may or may not get.. and they feed ever so often just to you dont see the way they treat to the bone.

I have been working at LERETA,LLC for more than 3 years. Its really nice place to work, Great benefits, Good leadership, awesome co-workers...
