I definitely suggest looking for other options for ABA employment or ABA services for your child. Minimal programming is in for kids, which creates a boring environment for the therapists and slow progress for kids. Also, extremely dirty place. The cleaners are only contracted to clean certain rooms for some reason, so you ll see black mold in ceiling tiles and cobwebs and dirt everywhere..during a pandemic. Hopefully they ll address their issues because the employees are friendly and capable.

First, Sami Hall that posted a review is an employee. 5 stars for Kathleen and Sami. 1 for the other 2 I dealt with. Initially I was pleased. No one else could get my son in...waiting lists. We saw the first therapist for about a year and a half. No complaints about her, even though she seemed a little disorganized at times. I chalked this up to her having ADD. But one day she was gone. No explanation, no warning. The next therapist, Brittany, was initially ok. She did come to several IEP meetings for my son. That was helpful. However, after about a year, I got an email saying that services were being placed on hold. Come to find out that Brittany was basically tired of dealing with my son and quit. He can be quite challenging. He has ADHD, ODD and explosive anger disorder. Since progress can be slow a step forward, 2 back I feel that she felt she wasn t making progress like she thought he should be. She apparently couldn t accept the challenge and persist to help him. She is a quitter. Definitely not my idea of a therapist you want working with your child. After I got the letter, I talked to her supervisor. There s been some issues with her...I should have been on top of this before now...can we try another therapist? Later, I found out from someone else in the field that Brittany had first been hired by Behavior Specialists, but didn t make it past her probation period. Hmmm. I will say that the music therapist, Kathleen, is fantastic. She has never had an issue with getting my son to behave. He loves going to see her. (He liked Brittany in the beginning, but got to the point that he hated seeing her. Complained and acted out every time we had an appointment.) Sami has been awesome, too. She knows her insurance and paperwork. She is very persistent when it comes to dealing with the insurance.
