Horrible customer service and support. Service unusable over 24 hours. The only response I received from 5+ voicemails and several support emails is 1 phonecall and 1 email. The phonecall the tech did not believe I was even having issues. Took a picture of my Cisco throwing an amber (error) light on the card itself, pictures of ping, trace route and eventually it was acknowledged. I am not calling because I have nothing better to do,
Still waiting on some type of update. Dealt with 3 days of downtime not even a month ago and it was the same song and dance. Ignore Ignore Ignore. Emailed support and customer service. I get nothing. Company used to be on top of updates and contact, now it seems we are dealing with 1 call and 1 email per 24 hour period.
They are using COVID as an excuse to have virtually no customer interaction and actual support, which makes this even worse.

About a month ago, we contacted ACC Business telling them we no longer needed their service. Today, I received an email from them telling me my disconnect order has been refused! Apparently, I had missed one of their other emails telling me I was required to confirm my disconnection request. I called customer service, Candy Hidalgo, who told me that it would be ANOTHER 30 days before they could actually disconnect. I sent them a rude email confirming I wanted the service disconnected. This is fraud. This company will clearly do everything it can to continue billing you, long after you no longer want or need their service. I hope a creative tort lawyer is reading this and can find out how many other customers were bilked this way. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS NOT NEARLY AS GOOD/FAST AS COMCAST, NOT AS RELIABLE, AND COSTS MUCH, MUCH MORE.

Do not do business with ACC. They will tell you what you want to hear to earn your business. Then if something goes wrong, or they can't deliver. They play the... you signed a contract card and stick it to you. I can't believe they are even an extension of AT&T.

I experienced a similar issue to Peter Nguyen. A few years back ACC was a great company to work with but now, if you expect to have an open line of communication with the carrier and a clear idea of what is happening, you definitely should not go with ACC. We are going directly with AT&T from now on.
