Very controlling environment. Its not a fun place to work. The salary packages are excellent and above market standards, but otherwisw, there is no other incentive to join in. A big hall where all employees sit on the first floor. The reception is on the ground floor and the lunch area is in the basement. This company needs to work on the betterment of it's HR department. When thr company has the organizational policy of not recruiting a 'certain' company's employees that it should filter their resumes out instantly, instead of calling them for interviews and wasting their time.
