DENY HOUNDS!!! They are denying a very basic claim to see if we will get a lawyer and fight it. We detail cars for dealerships so we have a GL policy in case we damage a car. After 20 years in business, an employee damaged a car by backing it into a garage door frame. Our policy specifically covers damage while moving a customers vehicle yet their adjuster is denying it.

My business was broken in to twice close to two years ago, all we got was an excuse after excuse for the settlement until finally they just stopped answering the phone. This company will not pay out any claims so do business with them at your own risk. Between covid and rsui I am surprised that me and my family are not on the street homeless.

BEWARE IF YOU EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!

We hired a tree company that had insurance with RSUI Group, Inc. to cut down trees in our front yard. Unfortunately, one of the 120 ft pine trees fell directly on my brand new truck I had for less than 3 months with under 1K miles on it! It took almost a month for someone to call me back about the claim. After another month of dealing with these incompetent individuals, I filed a complaint with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner. They are a complete joke. They were very fraudulent and dishonest about what was going on. I finally had to file under my own homeowners insurance to get it taken care of! Steer clear of these crooks! If you hire a contractor with RSUI insurance, just be warned! I will never use anyone who has this insurance company again!

Buyer beware. Use caution when buying this insurance. Extremely high service fees. If you cancel it's impossible to get a refund.
