Sales pitch felt a bit 'too good' usually over promise and under deliver but we have been with Absolute since January 2019 and their service has been fantastic. Luke and Andy have responded quickly to any requests and made changes as and when required. About half the price of our previous website provider too which is nice.

Having used the services of off the shelf e-commerce package suppliers for many years I became used to the restrictions and shortfalls that such packages offered. This was frustrating but I thought that tight budgets meant compromising quality. When the time came for an update I decided to change provider and moved to Absolute. What a refreshing difference it has made. These guys want to work with you. They interact and develop your website to suit your requirements. They actually talk on the phone with you and take an active interest in your project. Nothing is too much trouble. They are world away from any providers I have used in the past for all the right reasons. I can t recommend them enough and only wish I had found them years ago.
