Cheap costume jewelry that is way overpriced. Absolutely horrible customer service. They give you a "spending limit" based on how often you shop, so if you don't shop often you can't buy certain items. Orders placed on a security hold for no reason. There are much better options out there for your hard earned dollar. Do not waste your time or your money.

Jewelry hasn't arrive yet, but this is for the horrific experience I had with PalmBeach Jewelry Customer Service!!! Specifically when I was talking with "Dave", the (supposed) Customer Service Supervisor. The website showed "60% off" the item/order. I clicked to add another item and the website was now only showing "20% off", so I called. I was transferred to "Dave". I have never experienced anyone as extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to HIS manager and he said "No, I won't". I was appalled! He clearly has no regard for good customer service or even decency with one person talking to another. He treated me like I was bothering him and lying about the higher discount. He said there is no "60% off" offer. Well, THERE WAS! I fiddled with the website and lo and behold, I got the 60% off the item the discount originally showed. I also told him I was an employee of the company that specifically processes payments for PalmBeach Jewelry. I said I would be taking his extremely bad behavior and poor customer service up with both my superiors and his, he replied "Eh, go ahead, I don't care!"

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This business operates by sending false products and claims to ensure easy refunds while making it nearly impossible. I have waited on the number they send to contact them directly for over an hour. I have emailed and started a return 3 times now and no one will contact me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will not be satisfied and I guarantee any 5 star review of this business is fake. If they reply with how to get in touch with them with the 1888 number you ll know they re scammers!!

I have been trying to contact this company for 2.5 months regarding an order. I am now past the 30 days and it does not qualify for an exchange. 9 stones have fallen out of this ring I recently purchased. They do not have a number listed, just a website contact form. No one ever responds. What a scam! I will NEVER order from them again.

the only reason you are getting 4 stars instead of 5, is because I had my first bad experience, after all of the years I have been ordering from you. BUT your customer service rep. took care of my "problem". He was VERY helpful and caring. I don't remember his name, It might be Oscar...I'm just not sure. But I'm certain you have a call-log of some kind. I spoke with him this date 06/05/2019 around 9:AM EST. Tell him again for me KUDOS.

I was hesitant to order after reading the negative reviews but I decided to order a gold ring that I liked on their website. The purchase went very well. The delivery was fast. The ring is magnificent and as beautiful as the photos. I even left a message to customer service to know the article s availability before ordering and they quickly called me back with the answer. This company is amazing. Every year I buy some of my family members necklaces and earrings from this website and they couldn't be happier! It's very affordable and the shipping is super fast. I am truly grateful that this place exists. Really saves me some money and the hassle of going from store to store during holidays!

Placed and order that was immediately cancelled for whatever reason. I was told that the refund is instant however that s not true. Have not been able to reach a customer service rep and I ve been on the phone for almost an hour waiting. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Purchased jewelry for my wife for Christmas. It was defective with stones missing upon delivery November13th. Used their pre-paid mailing label and followed their intrctions to a "T" to send back and obtain a replace,ment/exchange. Never received the new item. email;ed customer service since phone was constantly busy. No reply forthcomuing and still no jewelry. Eilaed a second time 4 days before Christmas. Still no response and no replacement. It ios now the day after Christmas and i spoke with rude customer service "Nick" who said they never eceieved the returned item and there was nothing they could do. I told him I used their prepaid label and i returened it by Thanksgiving. He said they would do nothiong unless I went to the post office and got a tracking number. The return instructions/label said all I needed to do was drop it in any mailbox. How am I going to get a tracking number? Too bad. I am out a chunk of money and will NEVER buy from them again.

I placed an order on June 16, 2020 and the company canceled my order after taken my money. I called the company the same day I saw that my order was canceled, and the company stated I would receive my refund in five to ten days. Today is June 27, 2020 and I have yet to receive my refund.

I ordered 2 items from them, and one was not fitting right. I tried to get a hold of them, but got no response. My advice to anyone wanting to order from them, is to think twice, find more reputable company with good customer service.

I really like the company when I return rings and necklaces r good about that. I am returning a birthstone ring turning my finger green and goldton is coming off. My necklace is turning my neck green. Where do I send them

Horrible customer service! Order was shipped to an incorrect address on 11/23/18, stopped, and returned to Palm Beach Jewelry on 11/27/18 by USPS. More than a month has passed since they received the return, yet I have not received refund. I have called several times since, and always get the runaround. Apparently, their returns department does not have a contact phone number, so I have no way of confirming if my order was returned so I can receive my refund, and apparently their customer service doesn't have contact with their own returns department either, because they told me they can't call them, and that we just have to wait until a credit is posted to my account eventually...how long am I supposed to wait???!?!?!?! I called again today (a month later) for an update, and the excuse today was that their systems were down so they couldn't check anything! Gave the customer service agent my contact so someone could return my call, and guess what...still waiting. It's a shame, I have purchased from Palm Beach Jewelry before this, but after this incident, I will never order from them again! If in case they care to respond, my order number is #43776576.

Ordered a ring, says it shipped but have not gotten it. Have emailed 4 times with no response to any!! Keeps telling me to wait 24-48 hours longer, I have and still no update or anything. I want my money back at this point and will never order from this company again!!! I will contact a lawyer if I have to for theft!! You took my money, yet I have no item!! Do not order from them!!

Man, oh man I ordered a necklace from PalmBeach last winter. Their website is so buggy that parts of my old address (which were on file from a different order), such as my previous city and state, were transposed onto my new order with the correct street address.

I noticed immediately and contacted customer service via email (they do not list a phone number to call). Two days went by, and customer service emailed me explaining the piece shipped before they could correct the mistake. They explained the mail carrier would fix the issue, or after it was rejected and sent back to their FL location, I could request a replacement or a refund (which I asked for).

After weeks, despite my request for a refund, they automatically reshipped my order. At that point, I opened a dispute with Discover and finally received a refund.

I recently tried to contact customer service one final time to terminate my online portal (because I m worried about having personal information stored on a shoddy website). Customer service told me: there is no option to permanently delete your account at this time.

PAID FOR 2ND. DAY AIR AND IT IS NOT HERE TODAY IS 12/8 ORDERED 12/5 AND PAID EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED ?

Ordered a ring on 25 May and got email asking for a review of the item now 3 weeks later. Since I have yet to receive the item and have not even heard if or when It will be sent it's a bit difficult for me to review the item. I'm waiting to hear back from an inquire as to the status other than being personalized.

I would respond with the information you requested but you left no means for me to contact you with the information.

I placed an order on 2/15/2018 item backordered till May no notification until I went to check order status. This was a gift. Poor customer service. They are getting worse every time I ordered lately going to find a new site.

I ordered a beautiful Emeraldcut ring set in silver to wear to my Christmas party it matches a necklace and airings that I have already in December I got a small gold ring with an emerald in it I have sent them back their stuff over a month ago first class they have it they tell me they have it and have had it for awhile but I have not got my original ring yet but I ordered before Christmas and it is February 21.. spoke to a lady named Iris this evening she said she would get management on it we will see!!!

DO NOT order from this company, the reviews you read about stones falling out are all accurate because the jewelry is poorly made and when you contact them about a return they don't want to refund your money and instead will send you the exact same item. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I LOVE PalmBeach Jewelry! I've been a customer for years and they always have the best prices. I got gifts for all my bridesmaids when I got engaged and they all loved the tennis bracelets and matching earrings! It's a great site for affordable jewelry and they ship really fast too!

I stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up..stayed on the line for another 15 minutes before talking to a live rep. Who was arrogant and rude. I told him it's not what you say it's the tone and manner in which you speak. I further told him I am 63 years old and my grown son does not talk to me in that manner. Then the rep refers to me as "Ma". I told him that I'm not your Ma. Then he proceeds to ask me if I wanted the merchandise or not. I love your jewelry but I was not told this item was on back order until I went to tracking and there was nothing. But yet your company charged me 49.91 cents for merchandise I never received. Bad experience.

The waiting game for shipments and refunds is ridiculousness!!!!! They wont cancel or change your order once you place it....and then it takes forever to get a refund. Avoid at any and all costs
