The team at Absolute Construction is great! They were extremely communicative throughout the whole process and once all of my items were in and the remodel started, it was done in a few days. We love our new bathroom and would definitely use them again when remodeling others parts of our house.

So I had never done any type of remodeling before, so of course I was extremely nervous and I definitely wasn't sure which direction to go. Just like a lot of you guys, you read their reviews online and saw that they were average.
I got in touch with The Home Depot and they assured me that Absolute Construction was the way to go, that they have been in business for years upon years.
I wanted to do a complete overhaul of my bathroom since the house I moved into was completely outdated. I was contacted by the bath side and I set up an appointment for someone to come out to my home through Brittany R. She was very positive and bubbly over the phone, in a way I felt like we had been friends for years because of the comfort level that I felt instantly. I was very happy with how prompt the sales person was who came to my home, especially during these times with Covid-19. He followed all of the guidelines, wearing a mask and following the 6ft apart rule. he was a very nice guy! I was very pleased. I received my estimate the next day. I was a bit nervous about the price, but after speaking with Aaron I knew I was in great hands. He went into great detail about my project to insure that this would turn into my dream bathroom. Well he was right!
Due to this crazy time we are living in, I was thinking this project would take forever due to Covid-19. Then, I received a call from Jeff. He said that all of my materials were in, but we were just waiting on my permit to start the job. I called in a couple days later to check on the status of my permit and spoke with a lady named Fatima. She told me that she would call and check on my permit and would give me a call back. An hour later I got a call from her and was told that my permit was a couple days out. I was really excited at that point because I knew it was almost time to start building my dream bathroom. Sure enough, I received a call from Jeff 3 days later. We set up a day and time for my project to begin. When the installers arrived to start my bathroom, they were very prompt with arriving on time and each day they left they made sure it was very clean. Absolute Construction did a phenomenal job on my bathroom! You could just tell that everyone that i spoke with was very professional and the best part was that they were with me every step of the way throughout this journey! I am pleased to say that I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future for any of my bathroom remodeling needs! I am in love with my bathroom! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ABSOLUTE!

Contracted to do a remodel on my kitchen. Great company to deal with. They communicated very well, if there was a problem they fixed it. Would and will use them again. Excellent work.
I needed to have my kitchen cabinets, countertops and island replaced. I also needed a wall inserted double oven removed and replaced with a pantry. Home Depot agreed they could get the job done and subcontracted Absolute Construction. Absolute sent someone to discuss the job and to take the measurements. A contract was drafted and signed. The process was repeated and they said they forgot something on the original contract so they had to draft a new contract. This meant more money. The work began the first week of September 2020. They tried to add another charge of about $500 for something that was already paid for and in the second contract. I refused to pay and contacted HD who agreed to pay the difference on my behalf. Week two Absolute produced a work order for and additional $2000 for unforeseen electrical issues. We paid that and they had a subcontractor install a new electrical panel. Absolute gave a timeline to have the masons come in to measure for the countertops. When the masons arrived the cabinets were not installed so they had to leave. Weeks, months went by before the cabinets were installed. Days, weeks, a month went by and no one came to finish the install. The installer said he was sent by Absolute to do other jobs. It took 5 months to get the cabinets and pantry installed. Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went and I didn t have a kitchen. Every deadline they gave us passed and the work was not done. I won t even address the quality of the work! It s now five and a half months and just when I thought the nightmare was over the city inspector came to inspect the electrical work and it FAILED! There are quite a few issues that need to be addressed. I ve called Home Depot and Absolute so many times during the project. I ve expressed my concerns, frustrations, anger but they seem to fall on deaf ears. Eric from Absolute tells me about the different States that in which they have worked and blames Home Depot for lack of communication. Home Depot tells me they are passing my concerns to the next person in charge... on and on it goes and after paying thousands of dollars and adding more, I have not gotten what I paid for. This company should be called Absolute Disgrace! I will not support them. I will not support Home Depot. Neither company has called nor come by to do their own inspection. Neither has tried to make things right. They ve both been paid in full and so they don t care! Do not and I repeat, Do Not Use Absolute Construction! They are an Absolute Disgrace!

Spent 20k on a tiny bathroom remodel through Home depot .That was high but I wanted it done quickly and no hassles so I went with H.D. It didn't turn out the way I planned. Spent Lexus price to get Kia work. Absolute will stand by there work and fix what is wrong and warranty it for a year. But the subcontractor they use screwed up multiple times and having to keep coming back again and again was too much. I left the bad paint job and bad plaster work they did ( I couldn't handle more dust and multiple repair visits). It was screw up after screw up.
Had them fix: Off center medicine chest. Replace the mismatched Shower tiles they installed. Loose floor tile. And other items.
They said they would grout the glass block window but never did, instead twice they used a water based caulk that has never dried to this day.
I thought for the big money I spent I would get a professional no hassle quickly finished bathroom . Instead it was amateur work they did.
Positives are they had real quality pro electrician and plumber under contract. Was pleased with them they were in and out and did top notch work. Absolute are great at communications and don't leave you hanging they want you to be satisfied. I couldn't put up with the sub par work of their subcontractor. Do it right the first time ! Sure they will keep coming back but "AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR DAT"

Absolute Construction goes above and beyond to get the job done right. We opened up a few walls and had our kitchen completely gutted and remodeled. The team is professional, incredibly responsive, and their work is exceptional. Customer service is most important to this group. I would definitely use Absolute Construction again.

I'm very disappointed with this company.I called them up to get an estimate to remodel my bathroom so they sent their sales woman,she came,took pictures and measurements last Thursday,she said she would send me the estimate by email in 3 days and after 10 days I haven't heard from her.I called their office and for the second time nobody answered the phone again.if they can't even give an estimate on time i don't think I can trust them to do the job.
Guy came to measure my kitchen and got it all wrong! I had to return a refrigerator because the measurement that I wanted to fit the fridge was too small! He measured it backwards! Not only that, I saved $8000 by using someone else to put up my cabinets. These guys are too overpriced!
Then, home depot has the balls to tell me that they will not credit my refund until the new fridge was delivered! Well, the new fridge got delivered yesterday and still no refund.
What a damn headache this was!
I had a wall oven installed for $554. I was not aware that the cost did not include hauling away my old oven. When they arrived, they told me they had to leave "to get another part" and that they would be back. They did not give me a time in which they will back. Very unprofessional. They came back with in an hour to install oven. They left my old oven with packaging on the side of my driveway( on top of my plants). Now I have to move it so I can safely pull my car in and out the driveway. They could have had the professional courtesy to ask me where I wanted it to be put. Very unprofessional!!
Didnt show up to appointment seems very unorganized wouldn't use them. Forgot he made an appointment after he sent a confirmation email and super rude.on the phone.
