Have been working with AblySoft from 2 years now, the company has provided me a lot of opportunities and knowledge to grow in my career path. With comfortable and eye-pleasing interiors, it provides a perfect work environment, especially for writers. The seniors are always available for team member queries. AblySoft makes it a point to work hard and party even harder.

Its been few months since I joined. I feel the working hours are flexible , work environment is fair. The senior management team is very organized.

I was overwhelmed reaching there and the way each and every person treated me..

The seniors who lead teams have been very helpful to me in AblySoft. I learnt to handle various work situations, especially from training sessions that made me capable of handling various work situations. I like the transparent process of AblySoft where each one has their own role/responsibilities to focus upon. Projects are good, work atmosphere helps to accelerate work with joint efforts of team members and seniors. And overall, the management is supportive, that s what I ve felt in last 2 years.

I am about to complete 5 years in AblySoft and I still remember the day I joined. It was an overwhelming experience. I found that every individual of this company bears a unique skill set. My seniors have great knowledge of technicalities and business process so I got to learn a lot. I like most that people are friendly here, there is no personal ego or politics on work floor because the system encourages transparency.

Reason: Kindly hire some experienced software engineers. who knows, how to take an interview of a person, who is currently working on senior level and worked on and working on multiple(5-6) technologies. Your interviewer asked me only 2 questions regarding only 1 technology and 1 for other technology. In which I gave answers also, and two were right. No questions related to oops concept, frameworks, technology working process/lifecycle, deep knowledge related to technologies were asked. After that, he made me shocked, when he told me that you are not fit for this position. I don't know on which basis he judges the knowledge of a person? He started asking next question, just when I was thinking the logic i need to applied on the problem. He was looking in some hurry, like he have to go with the firefighters or he has the project deadline today. In 30 minutes all the things were done including waiting, HR round and technical round. Pls don't call the person for interview, if you don't have a resource who is able to take that interview. Hope you will take it seriously and I am posting this review and wasting my time again for this purpose only. So, the other candidates cannot face this problem in future.

5 years ago, I joined AblySoft as a trainee. It s the nurturing environment here that helped me develop skills, which make me good at my job. It s great to work for a company that cares about people. Feel fortunate to be here coz it s hard to find such work environment these days where your honesty, hard work & integrity is valued.

I felt that they do not respect the person's time who goes to this company for interview purpose. They call the candidates without any need in their company.

So i do not recommend anyone to give their interview in this company, it is totally wasting your time.

For me AblySoft turned out a complete surprise as I don t expect too much from companies these days. In the interview, I actually felt after a long while that someone is focusing on relevance of technical knowledge rather than asking me typical questions. The HR introduced me to all terms and conditions in advance, nothing was kept hidden and no false promises. We might find it anywhere else too but for me there are few more good things that make AblySoft a good combination to join. For instance, helpful seniors, organized processes, due to which I and other people of development team never felt work pressure. We alwys got enough time to complete a project. Besides that, regular trips , outings and knowledge sharing sessions are good way to keep employees engaged and stressfree.

I have learnt a lot regarding my field after I started working with Ablysoft.

The first thing which made me happy being here was interview process. The seniors do not ask about the bookish theories instead judge you on your real knowledge. The company makes sure they encourage the employee for their hard work. The management and the team members are very supportive and have a positive response whenever we need guidance.

Worst company. Don't go there for interview. Bad location. Bad roads They call you for interview but will not respect you. Send you back without taking interview or by asking just a single question. They are not even deserve 1 star but google not allow me to submit without rating.
