LRS is a great company to work for, they care about the things you care about and listen to what your specific goals are (money, location, duration, clinical setting etc)..Highly recommend.

My recruiters through LRS are very responsive and helpful for any questions I have. I am a new traveler and they have helped make it the least amount of stress as possible! I love working for this company and would recommend for any newbies looking to become part of the travel world.

I've been with LRS now for 4 months and they have been amazing! My recruiter Kortney Peters has been phenomenal. Shes attentive and listens to my needs. Everything has flowed easily through my contract with no hiccups. Definitely recommend

I have been working with LRS intermittently since 2016. My recruiter, Alicia, is amazing. She is always prompt in communicating with me, genuinely cares about what s going on in my personal life and what s happening at the facilities I am working in. I don t like been overwhelmed by phone calls or pushy recruiters and Alicia knows this and is the perfect recruiter for me. She always does her research into the areas and facilities she sends me so she s not wasting my time submitting me to places I won t be a fit. The times I have used the housing department have been painless and when I don t they bend over backwards to help get me settled whenever I m going. I love traveling with LRS!

Aureus has been a company I ve worked with amongst a few other and it is one of the companies I ve come back to because of the experience I get with them, they are very attentive to all my needs are quick to respond, I have a great relationship with my recruiter she s there for me no matter what day of the week it is if she can answer my question she will and she definitely works hard to get me to where I want to go for top dollar!$

I have really enjoyed the relationship I have built with my recruiter. I was very nervous to make the leap from full time employment at a company to full time travel nursing but Matt was there every step of the way. He always listens to me and helps me to get where I want to go. I feel as though I have learned so much more in just a short period of time and am excited to see what is next.

This is a great company to work for. They have very good compensation packages and are willing to work with you if you find a higher rate elsewhere. They reimburse for travel expenses and licensure. The only negative is that the clinic locations for physicals and drug testing always seems to be far away from where I am.

LRS reached out to my husband and I about staffing a Travel Nurse in our brand new, fully furnished, fully renovated AirBnb. The representative was very nice and responsive-let me make that clear.We looked into the LRS reviews-we heard only great things about the company so why wouldn t we take this offer-plus they tenant is a NURSE at our local hospital! Assuming the company had done a detailed background check, we were sent a lease agreement which was signed and returned.6 months later after the nurse s assignment had ended, I went to clean the property and prepare it for our next AirBnb reservation. Before I entered the home, I could smell feces and urine. When I walked into the home I was horrified.The nurse, her husband, 2 young child and 2 dogs were living in hazardous conditions. The mattress were stripped of the bedding and covered with urine. The couches were broken. One bed frame, the wooden window seals were chewed and destroyed. Every piece of furniture had been moved to different rooms of the home. All of the rugs, towels, bedding curtains throughout the house were ruined and moved to the basement. 6 kitchen chairs were never recovered. The floor was covered in food, urine and feces. A dog was kept in one of the closets. Bug traps hung from the ceiling. Needles and pipes were found. Only a few pieces of furniture was saved.The flooring is having to be redone throughout the home.The damage is $12,000 and counting.

It s upsetting that this company failed to do their due diligence on their employee before reaching out to a homeowner asking to house their nurse. When confronted about the situation, LRS claimed they couldn t be held liable and that they have nothing to do with it even though all communication was through their Representative.

Do not let this company house their nurses in your homes or it may turn out to be a drug, feces/urine, disgusting disaster just like ours.

I have very much enjoyed working with LRS healthcare and highly recommend this company. I am an experienced travel nurse , going on my 3rd year traveling. I have worked with other companies in the past whom were not as concerned with matching their open jobs with the talent that each nurse brings to the table. My experience with LRS Healthcare has been phenomenal. I work with Matt Weeks, Recruiter who always goes above and beyond to match what I m looking for with what he has available. He continually exceeds my expectations to get me premium pay rates, the best scheduling available, and any of my shift preferences. Matt is always available to answer questions or guide you through the travel assignment processes and is a fantastic liaison between the nurse and the facilities. I highly recommend LRS Healthcare to all of my coworkers because of the great pay, schedule flexibility, shift flexibility, and the overall fantastic teamwork within the company. I've been traveling with LRS for a year now. I looked into a lot of other companies before deciding where to go. I chose LRS because of Brittany Meints. Right away she was helpful and reassuring. I don't have to worry about anything other than working. They take care of all the annoying small details. I've only had one issue with payroll and it was resolved in two days.

I ve done travel nursing intermittently for 10 years now and this is hands down the best company I ve signed on with. Very attentive, professional yet at the same time personal. I ve dealt with Cody G, George G and Nina T and they have ALL been FABULOUS and so understanding during this journey!! I highly recommend working with LRS if you get the opportunity, you won t regret it!

The company has been wonderful so far. There are a few things that I think would help make it better for the traveler. I am not a fan of paper timesheets. It would be so much easier to be able to do them electronically from a spreadsheet and emailed. That also go for W2 and any other documents. Instead of having to create accounts for multiple websites to get things individually.

Honestly the best travel company! I tried to start with a well known travel company and right off the bat it was what was easy for them NOT what I wanted or needed. LRS immediately made it about me and my family even though it was more work, My recruiter Mike seriously is the best. If you want to travel LRS is where you should start!

This place has a great culture. Medical staffing is a very competitive industry and there can be a tendency for everyone to look out for themselves. Not here...everyone from the top down wants each and every person to be successful.

Poor excuse for an agency that pass you to from one recruiter to another. Left me hanging for two weeks without a paycheck, since they wanted me so early. Beware this agency.
