Reason: Kindly hire some experienced software engineers. who knows, how to take an interview of a person, who is currently working on senior level and worked on and working on multiple(5-6) technologies. Your interviewer asked me only 2 questions regarding only 1 technology and 1 for other technology. In which I gave answers also, and two were right. No questions related to oops concept, frameworks, technology working process/lifecycle, deep knowledge related to technologies were asked. After that, he made me shocked, when he told me that you are not fit for this position. I don't know on which basis he judges the knowledge of a person? He started asking next question, just when I was thinking the logic i need to applied on the problem. He was looking in some hurry, like he have to go with the firefighters or he has the project deadline today. In 30 minutes all the things were done including waiting, HR round and technical round. Pls don't call the person for interview, if you don't have a resource who is able to take that interview. Hope you will take it seriously and I am posting this review and wasting my time again for this purpose only. So, the other candidates cannot face this problem in future.
