Rented house would be ready June 29! Today, July 15, working people are still on the floor, so that we cannot continue!

Why not 5 stars, they help you well if you are registered and you live outside the housing association if you live within the housing association, they help you less with looking for another house

They know nothing, can do nothing, do nothing. I sat with a broken front door for a year and a half, which was only made yesterday. And that for 640 a month. Scandalous.

We also rent a property from this housing association. A lousy and especially ruthless housing foundation. Without going into details (still a complaint is going through our legal assistance insurance), we strongly recommend that you carefully read all the rules, conditions and what else is possible. If you are also in conflict with this housing foundation, please send me a message or an email. Together we stand stronger. In the neighborhood where I live there are many, many similar complaints. the residents lack the energy to fight, but perhaps we can form a common front. I did not live in a social rental home to be treated as a social partner!

Update 15-11-2018:
The complaints have since been dealt with and there has been a hearing at the independent complaints committee. All our complaints have been taken seriously and we have been offered an excellent solution from the Woonstichting Hulst, it must be said. It is only regrettable that it had to be done via this long-term route, but the result can only be there. So? The housing association will receive an asterisk, while we are still awaiting the work.

Update 25-02-2019:
The work has all been completed very satisfactorily: New central heating radiators, painted interior frames, reimbursement of rent received. Later on we also consulted about the tiles in the bathroom and toilet, these have now also been replaced and tiles may be selected themselves.
We are very happy with everything now and therefore lift the stars to 4 pieces !!

The worst housing foundation in the whole of the Netherlands
