Awesome beer and taproom. I just wish the tour gave a glimpse of the canning and bottling process.

Great place to sample Abita brews, both what's usually available and also some things they're trying out. Dog friendly outside and very human friendly inside. Make sure to bring plastic (credit/debit cards) because they don't take cash at the tasting room.

Super dope brewery, my husband and I always have to stop here. Normally visiting New Orleans, but moving across Country and still had to stop by. Only a few hops off of I-10. Thank you SO MUCH Jordan! He's the man.

Well worth the time. The tour was interesting and the sampling was plenty. Great selection of products, something for everyone. Bring from St.louis ( the beer capital) I found it to be great and the employees were even better. I WILL RETURN

A brewery tour plus an opportunity to taste beer, buy pints, and see an amazing growler-filling machine -- this place is great (though our tour guide lacked enthusiasm). Also, on Friday, the clear growler bottles are free (doesn't everyone need more growler bottles?) plus, the fourth growler refill is free.

Awesome tours with unlimited free beer if you can drink it fast enough! They really put in the effort to make this tour stand out. Abita beers tend to taste a bit plain to me, but that's the curse of the big brewery

I went there 5 years ago and it was amazing. You paid a little more but you got to drink as much as you could, they were all really friendly, and I left wanting to return as soon as I got the chance. This time they gave you 4 tokens (you could redeem beer) which only gave you a limited spectrum of their beer and in very tiny glasses Everything else you had to pay for. The tour was not very friendly and kinda boring. If you went here before this new policy I recommend not going. It seems as though they just want your money and not give you as good of an experience.
It is their perogative to change their policies then I will no longer recommend this place to my friends.

They make some of my favorite beers here, including Purple Haze (raspberry ale) and the seasonal special Andygator (hellesbach). Bring some back every time I'm in N.O.

Upon walking in we were NOT greeted, went and sat down and no one in the room acknowledged us until we finally spoke. Just not a southern hospitality I would ever want to see again. Honestly makes me not even want to buy their beer again which is sad because I used to drive miles to buy. Very SAD the owner should really step up on this as seeing I m not the only one who has complained of this.

A must stop if you re visiting the Northshore. Abita is one of the most well established breweries in Louisiana, and its beer supports its longevity.
The tap room at the brewery is one of the nicest in the state. They have events (check their Facebook page!), and it s a really fun place to hang out with family and friends. It s along the trace and easy to get to if you re riding a bicycle.
Definitely make time to stop here - you won t regret it!

Visiting family in Abita Springs and stopped in for a late lunch. The Brewing Company had a huge parking lot so easy to find a place to park. Once inside, there is a kiosk for "Abita Brewing Co. shirts and items," a place to register for tours, and a large tap room. You have your choice of flights of beers or a variety of glass sizes. Though they do not have kitchen on sight, they regularly have food trucks. The Sunday I was there the truck was serving smoked, pulled pork on a bun with home made peach-habanero BBQ sauce. Delicious. This is a family friendly establishment, kids welcome. I'll be back to try more when I don't have to drive across the causeway!

I just love this place. I have been on their comprehensive brewery tour several times now, and it never gets old to see their impressive set-up. Their beers are stellar, especially the IPAs, goses, and lagers. Excellent job all around. I strongly recommend a visit to this place. Keep up the great work!
