Convinced by one of their agents, I changed the operator for electricity and gas in my shop, asking for the bank RID that was not successful.
I saw myself delivering registered letters so I called to make sure the debit was made in the bank but I discovered that they are a group of incompetent people that not even a flock of goats.
They had registered the wrong email (INFA @ ...) but we also get a donkey who is info @ but nothing, they have not changed it, promising me anyway the next charge in the bank.
Instead still nothing, I am sent a registered letter that I pay after about 6 days and what do I find? CHe turned off the gas.
To a shop !!!
