We switched to another supplier because the bills are incomprehensible and the product offered is very expensive: with the new supplier I consumed 7kw of electricity more in the month and I spent 11.10 euros less (not considering the 10 euros of the Rai fee), without having special offers.

Ps makes me strange that a large amount of 5-star reviews have been written by users with a single review (the one for Abenergie)

How could I describe them? They contact you telling you that with them you pay half, they show you tables, quotes etc, then once you pass them, you pay more than double for magic! Before with the office I paid 200 euros for two months, with them now pay more than 300 euros ... Called their seller for clarification, and tells me that he left the company because they are not very clear with their customers ... A crazy antics!

I have two electricity and gas utilities since 2015; from February 2018 decide to close the gas from a user, step by traditional boiler to the heat pump. From the signed contract and signed the gas closure is at no cost but they unjustly charge the costs for decommissioning. After several communications on the matter, to which they have not followed (including PEC !!!), and various charges for the practice, on the users who remain active now I get the threat to stop the gas if I don't pay !! !
If this is your way of working, stay away.

Pay attention to the prices that tell you the sellers or the site of Abenergie .. they say the gas will pay 0.20 instead no, you will pay 0.59 .. As soon as I saw the bill I immediately called the customer service, where an employee ( very kind and helpful) explained to me that the 0.20 is related only to a part that concerns the variable part, while there is always a fixed component at 0.59, which data in hand is 70% of the total amount of energy expenditure .
Then, since to make the contract by seller sign the contract on tablet, to be able to have a copy you must make a written request.
So look at the prices .. and ask / check what will be the "Medium Raw Material Cost Average"
