After your good review, the months of waiting have become eight and we still do not have electricity at the current date. SCANDALOSO is nothing short of !!!!!! We are a company and WE NEED TO WORK !!!!!
At least admit that you are not able to handle the thing !!!! SHAME !!!!!!

I am incredulous to see so many reviews and so positive (which even the largest supplier companies do not have), which "seem" moreover to have been built ad hoc (reviewers who give 5 stars and who have made only one review in Google ).

Having said that, from my personal experience I found little clarity and transparency in the bills (several bills that refer to the same period and therefore it is difficult to trace the costs actually incurred monthly), which the assistance service was unable to clarify.
Another example: to have the correct header on the bill (the street was written incorrectly and you could understand it at a glance, but also by doing a very quick search on Google Maps) I had to resend the forms more than once.

From the first contact I had a great impression of this company, all confirmed once they became their customer. Serious company and sellers available to answer all my needs. Very competitive prices compared to my previous electricity and gas contracts, which I would advise everyone to give ABenergie an opportunity.

Horrible!

Horrible!
They are shooting absurd figures and adjustments as they see fit!
They skip months without reason then demand the balance of the months skipped in a short time or switch off the power!
The worst company ever used!

I respect the majority of reviews I am comfortable with ABenergie. I could save a little something with another manager, but I prefer to stay with them. Easy to read bills, courteous staff available for any clarification. Switchboard that answers almost immediately with very little waiting.

I call them back and tell me that they would call them back to solve the problem ... and they never did ... I recall them after a month and the same story (let's call back to tell me again ... but no call has ever arrived ..) .. moreover the bills are stratospheric about 170 a month (never paid in my life) .. today I finally changed operator and I came out of the nightmare! Not recommended !!
