Really bad customer service, they charged me 5 times the electricity supply, reported in December to today April 2020, still nothing, they dance in the handle as if there was no tomorrow.
Impossible to speak with a representative, they charge your account for the estimated consumption and if they are not reasonable, then for the reimbursement they pull for the longest at most.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUPPLIER, THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL SAVE YOU, BUT IT IS NOT TRUE.
CHECK THE BILLS WITH REAL CONSUMPTION.

Response times are fast, and they have not left me waiting for a long time, as happens in most call centers.

To avoid! You do not trust absolutely, you do not spare but spend more. Switching to abenergie was a huge mistake. I have paid more and more of what is written in the contract, the reading is always estimated, and when you reimburse what you have billed more, do not calculate the refund of VAT.

Another thing, do not even trust their commercials. They told me that the transfer was free, but in a light and gas contract, they charged me two (200 euros in total)
