Do not work for HealthFair. I have neighbors that worked in the call center, and a classmate from college that worked in the data side of the company. All of them had a bad experience.
The call center attrition rate is extraordinary. Several of my friends needed their job but quit before the training period ended. One friend was fired before training ended; I know her to be professional, arrive early, and dress appropriately. Furthermore, the call center is currently being outsourced. If you work in the call center, plan on losing your job before the 90 day probation period ends and benefits start.
The data side of the company is ran by incompetence and mismanagement. My jaw dropped as my friend from college told me about her experience. HealthFair is a good example of a company whose upper management is unable to identify technical proficiency, and unwilling to appropriately compensate capable employees.
