Absolutely not recommended !!!
I have two electricity and gas utilities since 2015; from February 2018 decide to close the gas from a user, step by traditional boiler to the heat pump. From the signed contract and signed the gas closure is at no cost but they unjustly charge the costs for decommissioning. After several communications on the matter, to which they have not followed (including PEC !!!), and various charges for the practice, on the users who remain active now I get the threat to stop the gas if I don't pay !! !
If this is your way of working, stay away.

PS: Thank you for your answer, ovviamene PRESET !!! This attests even more teasing real customers and the absolute failure to the customer focus that much-publicized. RIDICULOUS !!!
