Bought a used van from them and had agreements made to add a DVD player. It is now more than a month later and still dont have the work done. They have been awful at communicating and giving me the run around. Seems like the will say anything to sell a car with no plan on living up to it.

Not very good costumer service in the sales department. I had all my paper work ready to go from my lender and made an appointment with Edgar to look at the Sentra I picked out online and over the phone. We made a 7:30 Pm appointment and I drove there after work and he had already left for the day. The receptionist was not wearing a mask and she sent Joel to help me who I could tell was ready to go home at that point.

Pretty tired of broken promises. Also the service app blows. I have spoke with 5 people here and nobody gives a rip! Had car over week now and no second key or fuel card as promised. Have to drive over and beg. Recieved call Saturday and they wanted to know how things are going with our new car and they really dont expect to follow up on any concerns. They just wanted to be reassured we were keeping our car. Got notice from sirrus our contract was cancelled on our trade. So they dont give a rip, just wanted to do follow up so they could sell trade without concern. Girls behind welcome desk are useless, they know nothing. Asked for my salesman and they asked me to wait they would page him. He is not even in today! I was offered a cup of coffee, NO CUPS. LOL. unbelieveable.

I have come into contact with ABC Nissan several times but this past visit I was so livid after leaving I needed to write a review. They just had another Sales Event which is common for them. Before coming into ABC Nissan I had spoken to three different people who I explained I had just purchased my current car January of this year and I needed help with lower payments. All three individuals had commented assuring me that they will help and they were excited for me to come in. The second phone call I had asked the man what paperwork is needed prior to me going in. He had explained only proof of income is needed. Upon arrival the first name I was told to mention was not even present at all. The second name I had mentioned came up to me, said he could not help me but gave me another Sales Person to work with. He asked me a few questions and again asked me when I purchased the car, again I said January of this year. When doing the test drive I saw the appraiser peel out of the parking lot with my vehicle, which the Sales person chuckled at. I know you need to Appraise my vehicle but joy riding shouldn't be in the list of tings you are checking for. After hours of waiting and going through the process of purchasing a new vehicle the Sales Person walks over and says "You just purchased this vehicle in January, it's too soon to trade in your vehicle." So assuming people would understand January of this year would mean January 2013 you would think four people I have spoken to in a 24 hour period would have had a red flag pop up in their head and say wait this year? Maybe we cannot help her. The fact that ABC Nissan has come off so unprofessional with not knowing their Sales Event information or knowing what paperwork is needed to start the process of purchasing a vehicle. You can see why there is such a large turn around rate considering the people do not know what they are doing and they should seriously consider why they even run a car dealership in the first place. I will never set foot on the ABC Nissan lot ever again and you should not either.

Giving this place 1 star is a stretch. They FALSE advertise a cheaper price on their website than they actually charge at the dealership, add in a bunch of hidden fees and will attempt to over charge you for your registration. We declined to purchase their extended warranty, and the finance guy, Brandon, started to scream at us, yelling so loudly he was spitting in my husbands face, saying we absolutely needed it and if we didn t purchase it he would ensure we didn t get the APR we wanted. My four year old daughter was scared and alarmed that this man was screaming at us. I was in complete shock, have never ever been treated this way at any establishment. We almost walked out, ended up speaking with the manager who didn t seem to even care. There was another customer speaking with the manager getting loud with him just before us, calling him a con artist and saying he lied to her. This should have been our fair wanting!! Had they not been the only place in the area that had the car we wanted there is NO WAY IN HELL we would have stayed. I would never recommend this place to anyone, at all, under any circumstances. RUN AWAY.

I would highly recommend them for any body work and they return your car on time. Maggie was the person who help me and she went above and beyond to meet my customer service needs. I initially went into ABC to get an oil change on my 2015 Altima SV. Since I would be up there anyways I set appointment with a sales agent to talk about my options to lower my payments. I had arrived at ABC Nissan about 8 am and the guy I had an appointment with was not in yet. Another sales agent named Joe Tee came up to me and said he didn't want me to have to wait, so he would help me until the other guy came in. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars and the process, he made me feel comfortable. Joe was very straightforward with me and actually listened what I wanted, and never tried to steer my direction. I was so pleased with Joe, I requested to finish my process with him once the other sales agent came in. Yesterday I referred my nephew and my brother-in-law to go see Joe Tee at ABC Nissan! I believe God puts ppl in you path for a reason, some are little blessings like Joe was for me.
I also worked with he sales Manager Andre and Jonathan in Finance. This trio was simply amazing! They were able to upgrade me into a 2016 Altima SR with 12 miles with newer warranties! They never treated me like I was just another sale, Joe, Andre & Jonathan treated me like I was part of their family!
I was driving off the lot before 11:30 am feeling pretty blessed and very appreciative of my new family! Thank you so much Joe, Andre & Jonathan!
I'll be back soon to buy my daughter's car!

I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at ABC Nissan. Everything was handled in the most professional manner. With no pressure, my salesman, Bryan, was there to answer all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about every car I was interested in. What a good listener! He listened to everything we needed to fit our lifestyle and directed me to the cars that would fit. He then explained things to me, both the pros and cons with each car, to help me make a well-informed decision. I would recommend ABC Nissan to all my friends and family. I m sure all the salesman are pleasant but I would still recommend asking for Bryan.

Worked with them over a 4 day period on buying a new Armada. They bashed other dealers saying they are the only ones who guarantee their quotes and other dealers will bait and switch you when you get in. After negotiating and them guaranteeing me a price multiple times that this is my price out the door, I finally agree to come in a buy the armada and I get a call from the manager stating they cant do the deal and my payment would be $20 higher. Do not trust these people. Horrible ethics with bashing other dealers and do not stay true to their word.

Went to ABC Nissan because I saw a great deal online that was made even better by $350 off via TrueCar. After getting e-mail confirmation that the car was in stock AND a phone call to set up a time to see it the next day, I arrived at the dealership to be told they didn't have that car, with the insinuation that it had been taken to auction that morning. I found the fact that they still have the car listed for sale online and had told me it was thee 12 hours before to be VERY SHADY (possibly a bait-and-switch, but I can't be sure).

They noted that maybe they could find another similar vehicle and located a year newer model with more features and more miles for $2000 more. I went back with my wife, hoping they could knock maybe $300 off the price of that more-expensive car that we also really liked and found (after 4 hours of bargaining) that they apparently could not. They first said they couldn't drop the price at all, then finally took off $200, but had led us on offering to try and knock off $500 or even $1000. Making us wait so long and constantly bugging us about the monthly payment amount was incredibly annoying. The whole experience had my wife and I fuming. We tried to be reasonable with their annoying salespeople, but in the end they didn't want to sell the car at a reasonable discount, so we didn't buy it.

Be aware, a lot of their positive reviews here are from their employees and friends!

Always very profession, courteous, and explain estimates prior to work. Initially came to this location, because a previous dealership was unable to fix the cause of a power steering fluid leak after two attempts. They got it fixed the first time.

I came in for a routine oil change. Due to COVID, I was a little anxious about the ordeal, especially having people handle my vehicle, but Eddie assured me all the precautions ABC Nissan was taking and how they'd make sure everything was cleaned and sanitized. I waited as my car was being maintained and was glad it didn't even take more than two hours. Once it was ready, Eddie spoke with me about anything I needed to know and my car's inspection. As always, he was very kind, friendly, and professional. I left feeling good and will come back soon!

I would never finance or buy a new Nissan from ABC Nissan. They were very poor at explaining all the additional charges. I'm new to buying new cars but my boyfriend has bought many in his lifetime and was totally outraged and confused about the charges and he was beside me the whole way. NEVER BUY FROM ABC Nissan is my best recommendation

Been in the auto business for 20 years, they did not perform the full service i paid for (oil change and tire rotation) and then argued about it. No tires were rotated. I marked them and if you go there for a rotation i would suggest you do the same. This is why people would drive to dulles or chantilly for service. And now i take my new nissan somewhere else. Embarrassing.

Shout out to my service rep Nick for great customer service. I was in need of an oil change, alignment, trans fluid exchange, and tire rotation. He got me taken care of same day! They don't use the courtesy shuttles anymore but they do call a Lyft for you up to 5 miles away (to and from). That made it super convenient for me. I had some concerns about my car a couple days after the service and they threw my car back in the stirrups and checked her out. Minor adjustment and I was back on my way, on time for my meeting. So happy I used their service center and Nick had my back!

Bottom line, ridiculous prices!!! i have a 2001 nissan quest and needed to replace my middle window. After calling ABC Nissan they said it was going to be 190$ for set up and all of the window. This did not include the latch which i too needed to replace. Once i understood what latch it was i ordered it from them for a whopping 15$ (a piece of plastic that was made in china for 35 Cents). I decided to look elsewhere for a cheaper window and luckily ran into SPEEDY Auto Glass who saved my life and provided the best service ever charging only 160$ all together. Upon replacement of my window it was again to my dismay that a screw and small clamp was STILL NEEDED to connect the window to the actual latch which i previously purchased....WHY THE HELL DID THE ABC NISSAN EMPLOYEE NOT ASK IF I NEEDED ANY OTHER PARTS FOR THIS SET UP!? I'm not putting full fault as i should have noticed or realized that there was another piece i needed, but after i said "I am replacing the full window," why wouldn't you tell me, or even ask me if i needed or had the other parts that went along with it. "WE HAVE A STRONG AND COMMITTED SALES STAFF WITH MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SATISFYING OUR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS" To me a small detail which was missed to be pointed out and in result turned into an even bigger frustration as i called to find out this screw and clamp was going to cost me 40$. F@$# YOU NISSAN!

This is my 3rd car buying experience at this dealership. Recently I purchased a vehicle and it was a very easy process. No pressure from the staff, and anything they promised they delivered. They were definitely concerned about what vehicle would best fit my everyday needs. I worked with Rupert Arrieta, he is a really great salesman. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would recommend paying ABC Nissan a visit.

My experience at abc Nissan was amazing, great atmosphere and excellent customer service. But one employee made the experience that much better. Roberto Martinez was a great help, he answered all my questions and even helped me with my car buying experience. I would definitely go back for future purchases. I would definitely recommend if you even need great customer service and friendly help.

I went to ABC NISSAN to check my transmission which wasn't working right, check out noises coming from AC, & have a key made. Found out transmission was burned out needed replacement, as far as A.c. needed pulley & belt needed replacement, & got key made also the mechanic found other things needed replacement, told him go ahead and do what needs to be repaired. My wife and I are satisfied she said the car runs smooth now and car picks up it's speed, Thank you Eric Robinson

Great customer service! Right off the bat we were welcomed, no pressure sales, just looking to learn from what we wanted. We told them what we were looking for and what we wanted to buy and they only showed us what we were interested in by price and size. These guys were very professional. I woulda definitely recommend to anyone.

Literal waste of time. My car broke down so I was looking for a replacement. Based on price alone driving 3 hrs to this dealership was the best option. Considering the distance I completed an application online and received a pre-approval. I got a call from a sales agent Kas, who confirmed that approval not once or twice but three times. This was done via phone, text, and email. I expressed my terms under no uncertain terms and offered my paycheck stubs, insurance verification, etc. Via fax, e mail or whatever means necessary to get all paperwork started. I provided the stock and vin numbers to the car i wanted. I also spoke with Ariel and Christen and had the exact conversation with them... 2 days later I make the 3 hr drive (with a friend) it was a 30 minute wait before I saw the car, Kas was not available so another agent helped me. She seemed very nice but was inexperienced to say the least, she was flustered easily. I was patient even after an hr into this experience they asked for my credit info so they could process my credit again. Bottom line, 2 hrs after my initial arrival they tell me that due to medical debt they cannot approve me. I proceed to show them the emails and texts where I was told I was approved numerous times and where I expressed a need to reconfirm in an effort to save myself the 3 hr drive, at this point the managers face dropped and he started scrambling trying to back peddle. He apologized that I was lied to by the three people I talked to and said they weren't part of his team (as if that made a difference) I let him know this would not help the review I gave the dealership and his exact words were "just don't put my name on it" he said he would try to get me approved through an alternate bank and yet another hr later came back with an approval for a loan with ridiculous terms of a final finance of just over 20k and over $520.00 payments on a Nissan Versa - a 12k car! Literally waste of time - I have financed and paid off a vehicle in the last 5 yrs. Never coming here again.

Garbage work. If you need body work and repainted, this shop did an absolutely horrible job on my Ford. They left paint pen marking that damaged the clearcoat, left deep swirls in the clearcoat, damaged my clear bra on the front of the car, horrible polishing marks everywhere and the dent was noticable to my eye. The tech said "we will have her looking as good as new"... yeah, not the case, not even close.

At ABC Nissan, I had a wonderful experience with Rianna A. She was professional and courteous, and got me all squared away. When I was unsatisfied with the vehicle I had originally came to see, she quickly got me into a new one and did everything in her power in order to make it affordable. Furthermore, in financing, Travis also helped to get the payments to somewhere that was affordable, and was also polite and courteous .Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend ABC Nissan.

I drove 45 minuted and showed up 10 minutes early to find out the guy actually left and the car was already sold 25 minutes before my appointment. No call or notification. Just dishonest people here wasting my time.

Purchased an absolutely beautiful 2017 Nissan Rogue for great price and interest rate but It was the worst car buying experience of my life. The staff was unprofessional, had to redo the contract multiple times, kept adding on extras and treated me with disdain especially when we used our corporate discount. I encourage you to purchase a Nissan from anywhere but ABC Nissan.

We bought a new Altima last July from this dealers...

We bought a new Altima last July from this dealership and I was referred by a family dealership. Wish I wasn't! After waiting for a week, they found our color of interest. When I signed all paperwork and wanted to check out the car, I noticed a scratch on the trunk. How does it feel when you are buying a new car and it already has scratch on?! I was assured that they would call me in a week to return the car and fix the scratch. I called several times and was transferred from the sales to service back and forth. No help!!! And when I could talk to them, I was told that it got voided since it has been more 60 days!!! After 3.5 months I could finally make an appointment to fix it. When they sold the car they said the windows are tinted, but they were not. They sold it the same price as their tinted ones and said they cannot give me discount since they have paid for its tint! So frustrated.

Thanks to Alex at their customer service that listened to me and made arrangements to fix things. It is interesting that they called me again and saying this car was sold without charging the tint and also we cannot see the scratch!!! I wish I had gone to another Nissan dealership. I will not recommend it to anyone.

The Sales Managers are fantastic. Very likable. However the process was longer than usual, it took us
more than 6 hours, and we couldn't even finish everything. And when we notice a fault in the paper work, what should've taken them 30 minutes to do, took 4 to even get a call back. Would not recommend coming here. Waste of time.

I love the car I bought at this dealership but its what they afterwards that has become a problem. Their sales staff will constantly call you trying for another sale. Verbal requests to remove us from their call list were ignored. It actually took three or four increasingly angry letters to get them to stop calling. Now I have sent at least two letters asking them to remove us from their mailing list. They choose to continue to ignore my requests and waste paper by inundating us with mailings that we do not want. Be warned. Once you buy here they think they own you.

Service department was so nice when I went to drop off my car for a software update. They seemed to be pretty busy from all the cars pulling in and out while I waited my turn to pull in. But so many workers greeted me with a smile, said their good mornings, & told me they d be right with me. The wait for them to return to me was not a long at all. I believe a young man named Nick whom my appointment was with. He set me up and gave me detailed information on what would be happening with my car while in their care. He gave me an Exact time for when my vehicle would be done. Everything was set up and he immediately got me and my children a Lyft driver to drive us home. A few hours later, Nick called at the exactly at the estimated time he mentioned earlier and told me my car was all finished and that he had already called us another Lyft driver and was already in route. He is awesome and so was the staff members I came in contact with.

My uncle just purchased a car from here last week. The sales guy's name was Otis (I believe Major was his last name), he made the experience pretty easy. My uncle's up there in age and this guy was so patient with him, I was astonished because even I have trouble being patient with my uncle. Anyway, unc is happy he keeps telling people how he got a great deal and to go to "his guy Otis". When I get my school refund I'm gonna go back and see if he can get me a good deal too.

I worked with Darwin, Edwin and Adam. All three were exceptional. They walked me through my options without any pressure and worked very well together, regardless of who got credit for the sale in the end. I felt welcomed by the girls at the front desk, who also helped me by taking care of my pup, Willa, when I needed two free hands. The car I chose wasn't on the lot and came from an out of state dealer. The ABC Nissan crew sent me home with a loaner until they had it. I completed the paperwork with Bryan when the car arrived and he got me in and out quickly while answering all of my questions. This is the second vehicle I've obtained from ABC Nissan and I've no doubt I'll come back for my third.
