We bought a new Altima last July from this dealers...

We bought a new Altima last July from this dealership and I was referred by a family dealership. Wish I wasn't! After waiting for a week, they found our color of interest. When I signed all paperwork and wanted to check out the car, I noticed a scratch on the trunk. How does it feel when you are buying a new car and it already has scratch on?! I was assured that they would call me in a week to return the car and fix the scratch. I called several times and was transferred from the sales to service back and forth. No help!!! And when I could talk to them, I was told that it got voided since it has been more 60 days!!! After 3.5 months I could finally make an appointment to fix it. When they sold the car they said the windows are tinted, but they were not. They sold it the same price as their tinted ones and said they cannot give me discount since they have paid for its tint! So frustrated.

Thanks to Alex at their customer service that listened to me and made arrangements to fix things. It is interesting that they called me again and saying this car was sold without charging the tint and also we cannot see the scratch!!! I wish I had gone to another Nissan dealership. I will not recommend it to anyone.
