I like the hospital not just because of the doctors but the staff over there is nice. Security staff is also helpful

I needed to get a set of radiology related tests for both my mother and father. Vandana Luthra from Radiology department really helped make this process seamless for us. She made sure we had minimal wait times to get the tests done, helped figure out an issue with us not getting appropriate costing for a test (which was part of Healthy Heart package), directed us to right place to get our other tests done. She checked with us few times if everything worked out fine and if we had any concerns. She demonstrated great work ethic and professionalism.

The worst care that anyone can receive and the staff seems untrained and lazy.

Very commercial hospital . They only focus on make huge profits, treatment comes second for them.They have not experienced doctor to handle critical patient. My friend has gone through very tough time because of this hospital. They reply on every comment by giving their email id and phone number. my friend told me that he had sent multiple email on this email id , but nobody revert on the email. so they follow only marketing strategy instead of helping people and doing improvement in their services because they run hospital as business, patient come second for them.

Most of the hospital staff is arogent and non cooperative ...dont provide any information properly if asked. If you ask information about opertion charges to doctor during consulation they will send you to billing staff. And billing staff will deduct money without proper information provided. Most of the hospital staff busy in staff politics. Bad exprince during last visit

Wonderful experience I will recommend everyone to consult Dr. Ashish for any orthopedic concern.

They do not treat any patient on CGHS panel and to refuse their treatment incase of emergency. Wherein they were happy to treat cash patients (there were around 3 people with same concern). Don't reply back with feedback form and No. Mentioned in the replies does not work

Aaksh is a good hospital, and Dr. ashish chaudhry is very respectful towards his patients. According to me it is one of the best hospitals in Dwarka and I wish they become the best in whole Delhi soon. Good facility, Good doctors.

As a Super Specialty Hospital, they are providing excellent services to patient. I am undergoing treatment from Orthopedic Team (Dr. Aashish/Dr. Bharat) and they provide me nice treatment.

I found most of things are fine which I came across based on my last 5+ year's experience on numerous occasions but only thing which I would like to bring to the attention that the charges of visits to any doctor who sits there is going higher.....For example I visited 1 day back and the charges of visiting pediatrician is costing me additional INR 200 as compared to my last visit which was 2-3 months back. Kindly look into this, acknowledge and do something. This is my first online request and earlier it was through the suggestion letter.

Bad experience..they do not pick up the phone only...i had to get my report urgently but no one supported....worst call center ...for every thing you have to fight with tye staff...the cherges are double but services are not even half

The hospital was good initially but not anymore, they are a bunch of money makers and irresponsible people. They deliberately kept my patient in labour room so that they can overcharge us and didn t do any monitoring of the patient, in fact the treatment was worse in the labour room, we had to continuously follow up with nurses to even get medicines, they billed us for the test but now they are not able to find the corresponding report. I wish all these people rot in hell

Before I mention about my story ..big shoutout and thanks to Dr. Akshay Budhiraja. He was just like a god to my family.
My father was tested positive on 1st June and he was taken to Aakash Healthcare. He underwent certain tests and was admitted to ICU. Dr. Akshay personally visited my dad and gave a very warm introduction of himself and kept my dad confident about his treatment from the very first day.
He was not just a doctor but a consellor too for my dad when we faced some challenges. He kept my dad calm with his thoughts of keeping him fit. Not only my dad but my brother and sister too with regular updates and keeping them strong.
He kept our 16 day long journey very positive and kept the promise of getting my dad fit and yes very proudly he did achieve this.
The care my dad got in this hospital is appreciable and thanks giving and our doctor Akshay Budhiraja is someone we trust the most.

Worst hospital ever !!! Dr. Inder kasturia was busy attending his guest while we waited outside with a 75 years old patient for almost 30 to 40 mins despite having an appointment.

The doctors are good but the customer service is poor. They dont provide the folder to keep the prescription and invoices. Patient has to keep the prescription in hand. What a shame? Such a big hospital and dont have basic things like folders for patients.

So I posted a comment for this hospital taking extra 800 rupees for "sanitation" along with the common charge for covid testing. Just like other businesses the hospital concerned team asked me on my comment to reach and share my contact on their e mail. How many people have got the time to do so. I did. I reach to them and shared my contact. Let's see if this hospital is really concerned of their pathetic lust for money. And if it really want to listen to the customers or just posting their concern on Google so that people get a false sense of their responsibility towards their patients.
I'll be updating this post as per our communication and resolution if any.

Writing after few months. Do not sympathize with the hospitals comments on peoples reviews. They do this just for people to see they care. They don't. No action taken on my issue even though I shared my contacts. I just got a call from one of their people but then they were like....why waste time.

All services is good, we are fully satisfied of hospital services.

A forthnight back my grandfather had gone under a heart surgery at Aakash Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital Dwarka, surgery went well and he's doing fine now. The doctors here are very professional and soft spoken respond your query very gently and infrastructure facilities are good and beside this they are having great queue management skills which is very imperative when you go for health services. No hesitation in recommending them for health services.

Hospital only interested in making money. Doctors here recommended big surgeries for increasing costs.

Worstest experience ever. They don't care about the patients pain , they took more than 2/3 hours just to check patient and the staff they provided is completely trainee ,they can't event inject properly and they are very careless , I request you people never go in this hospital, and these starts are fake trust me.

I am very happy from the Akash Healthcare services and the treatment given by the Dr. CHANDRAGOUDA. Facility is very clean staff is very cooperative and always ready to help and provide right guidance to the patient and attendants. I will personally recomend this hospital for treatment. First no one picks call and when we arrive at the hospital, the staff says the doctor is on visit. Poor handling.

They're just making people fool. My relative went for the dental treatment they took the bill amount and later said, they don't have equipment for the dental treatment that required to him. Don't see the 5* reviews on google, most of them seems fake and paid review.

My friend was admitted on 5th floor. Nurses over there are so hardworking and polite.

Ultra slow n still unsteady.
Bread omlette at pappya was the worst i ever had.

Sanitiser(s) were no where to be seen.

Only good thing is parking(basement 1 parking guard stated that i parked in staff parking, i m amazed) and first glance.

Very good services i received during covid time, with very good staff nurses(manisha, saraswati) (doctor saroj is vry nice vry cooperative),house keeping staff doing vry good job about hygeine and sanitation. My dietician comes every day to know about my diet, food was excellent with good quality nd quantity everyone is very caring nd polite.

WORST hospital of Delhi. The hospital doesn t care about patient, they are only concerned about money. They make patient attendant afraid with falls information and try to make as much as much money they can.

This hospital is just money making machine. They r interested in knowing ur insurance limits and least interested in knowing patients medical history or with adequate treatment.

They killed my father with their over confident and incompetent knowledge. The doctors behaviour especially Dr. Rakesh Pandit is bad with attendents.

Getting an appointment fixed is really easy, you just need to call to the contact centre and they understands the requirements quickly.

I really want to appreciate Akashhealthcare for all the excellent services.
I specially want to thank Dr Nupur who helped me to arrange new born baby zero size cloth on immediate basis. It seems very small help but it was big help for me at that moment where all shops were closed. I really liked the way she works. Keep doing the good work!

BRIJENDRA from Neurology reception department Is highly unprofessional impolite and dosent know how to work. I came with my case summary from another hospital and told him to kindly give preference to my case. He refused me to enter the room and after some time he said kindly pay the consultation fee den only I'll get the appointment. My grandmother is 81 years old. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Your Service and comittment are unmatched . I have experience of two good hospital name Max Saket and BLK ( karol bagh. Your ground level service/staff ( housekeeping, nurses) and even wheel chair helper have basic manners. Trust I never felt even a signal minute that I am far from my home. Your every staff helped a lot even my one day experience will try to heal me so well.

Good multi disciplinary. Very affordable. Signage is there to guide people to proper department, queue management.

Very nice hospital with modern equipment & facilities. Well satisfied after my liver transplant.

Our overall experience at Aakash hospital was very good. Good doctors, courteous staff, good patient care, good cleanliness.
The hospital has all testing facilities. In fact, even after discharge, they provided lunch for the patient.

Just one recommendation : Everyone should remove footwear on entering the patient room.

The lady at the Valet parking services is very rude & arrogant. No manners to speak.

Other staff are courteous. There is little wait time for our car to arrive.

Hospital TPA Dept. Team is Awesome and seems too much positive with patients as always try to better help.

Poor interaction with patient. Not looking the patient in good manner.
