I ve been coming here for the last couple years to get oil changes and other maintenance for my car. Always had amazing experiences. The place is always very clean and the staff is usually very helpful and nice. Until my most recent visit. I had a failing triple aaa battery in my car with a warranty so it shouldn t had been to hard to get replaced, correct? Wrong. This is probably my worst maintenance experience ever. Demetrick was extremely rude and unhelpful. The only people who were helpful were Mark and Nicole. I ve been a triple aaa member for over 10 years and I don t see myself spending another dime at this facility.
